I had thought perhaps KC used a shower curtain liner from the Anthony home to wrap up Caylee and then bought another at JCP to replace it but that looks too thin.

Ok .. I'm back .. I'm having trouble sleeping ... I have a question ... Is there any chance Cindy and George "hired" NeJame - not for themselves but instead "retained" him for Casey knowing she would be eventially facing a murder charge?

I'd be surprised if Nejame was named but one of the attorney's from his firm, that wouldn't surprise me at all.  That way the control freak would still have advice of counsel that is experienced, but you could be right however unusual.  I only say that as my sister tried to get one of her attorneys to represent my nephew & was told that it would be a conflict of interest, but let's face it these attorney's are for this case, but I don't think the bio units are out of the woods on this one.

Yes, it would be a conflict of interest ... maybe even hiring another attorney from the same firm ... You bring up a great point ... they may have some obstruction and maybe worse charges that they will be facing on their own ... I forgot about that ... Who knows though ... maybe they can get a "group rate" ...

Not sure sky ... Klaas posted somewhere in this thread earlier something about times but I'm pretty sure that they don't know at what time they will be getting this case ... I'm sure it said something about FOX 35 having reporters that are going to be there and they will be doing updates throughout the day ...

Hopefully we will have some good news..like...Casey's back in jail! It would be nice to know everything LE knows. I hope they at least found something of little Caylee so she can be put to rest.

It is unknown whether or not the grand jury will take up the case in the morning or the afternoon.  FOX 35 will carry breaking news if and when a decision is released.  It is our plan to carry court action and news conferences live on the air and streaming through MyFoxOrlando.com.
