I find the sentence in red to be very interesting.   The fact that the dress was in good condition alone sounds suspect to me.   If I was a betting woman, my money would be on it NOT being Caylee's dress, but a plant.   The part I'm not sure about is who would have planted it.

I heard that as well. But I don't take it as a lie, maybe misunderstanding. I still don't believe the dress is in any way connected to the case.

What I am thinking is that it was possibly just a member of the volunteer search team with TES that day - not necessarily a TES member, if that makes any sense.  I also heard Tim say that it was a TES member, and that was confusing.   I'm really not sure, but the fact that he was suspicious about the origin of it speaks volumes to me.

IMO Nancy confuses her guests and we all know she won't let anyone finish a sentence. So, that could explain the confusion.

I'm sure his lawyer took him aside early this morning and gave him a pep talk about doing the right thing, showing him pics of his grandaughter and making him see that it's all about CAYLEE! Keeping Cindy as far away from him as possible before testifying! I'm sure he will have plenty of places to stay if he does the right thing.
