You would think a contingency plan has been made between Baez and LE, so that if (when) Casey is indicted, they've already arranged what will happen next.  Like, Baez will deliver Casey to LE at 11:00 tonight if (when) indictment is handed down.  Just a possibility of the 11:00 time.

But if the dress came from the Anthony house it would mean what someone in that house is working even harder against LE... and further indictments will happen.
Let's say Cindy gave the dress to a confidental friend and told them to throw it out the window on the way home, in an effort to free Casey from this madness. Or if Casey gave the dress to Amy and asked her to leave it in a spot as a marker where they could meet, red, red flag, hunters do that all the time. If that dress was planted by anyone related to Casey it could be used against them.
If it is just a random dress that some tourist threw away then... the searcher is wasting tax payer money.

If the Anthony's are involved you'd think they'd at least get the size right! And who throws a friggin dress out the window? Nothing against you Jjay, just my thoughts

KCJackie - I would like to thank you for your focus on Caylee's case and your work with the information that people who know what they are talking about have given us.  You are certainly not the only one who has been working very hard in this direction.  I know that you have put out a lot of effort trying to followup on the tips that Red and others have given us.   SM has an incredible reputation for first class posts and the extensive research into the facts surrounding Natalee's case and the cases of other missing persons.  We are advocates for victim's rights.  SM is the best forum and the dedication of the members is what has distinguished SM from the general chat blogs/forums that are all over the Internet.  I can't even imagine how much SM has helped investigations for victims over the past three years with the facts and information that we have uncovered.  The government of Aruba and the Sloot supporters despise us for what we have uncovered.  There has always been general discussion about the various cases, O/T comments, and lots of humor, but the underlying effort and philosophy has always been to find justice for the victims.  Members have always had different skills.  Some are analytical and some focus on other aspects of the cases.  I would like to invite the new posters to take some time to read through some of the Natalee, Shango, and other missing persons threads just to see the tempo and focus that has taken place over the past three years.  SM wasn't founded as a general community chat board.  It was founded by Red and Tim who are victim advocates and actively involved in searches for the missing.  Many of the long term monkeys on SM are also part of this group.

Oh, a few notes I made in my readings:

1. The Grand Jury witnesses may discuss their testimony, but only after the hearing is over. (After a true bill or no bill has been announced.)

2. The arrest of the suspect has to be made before the findings of the Grand Jury (the decision) is announced, if they do return a true bill, or indictment.

3. In this case, the findings (decision) will be held in public court.

TIM MILLER, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH: Yes. I didn`t make the discovery. The discovery was made by a searcher. I`m very disappointed that it leaked, and it shouldn`t have been. But now it`s out, we need to clarify it.

But Nancy, we`ve got to understand one thing. There`s been several articles of clothing found during this search effort. Many of them were sent off to a lab for analysis, and this one is being sent off also. So...

GRACE: OK, Tim Miller, let me ask you a couple of questions. Was the article of clothing a dress?

MILLER: Yes.

GRACE: OK. Was Caylee Anthony known to have a similar dress at one time?

MILLER: Yes.

GRACE: Was it a child`s size 6?

MILLER: Yes.

GRACE: Would a child size 6 be the size a 2 to 3-year-old girl would wear?

MILLER: I don`t think so. I`ve got my doubts on this. But you know, law enforcement`s doing their job...

GRACE: Well, according to our research, the answer is, in fact, yes. A child 2 to 3 years old would wear a child size 6, but it really depends on Caylee`s height and size. Tim Miller, where was the dress discovered?

I think this is a plant or pure coincidence.  Just trying to reason it out......

I have a 2 1/2 year old, he weighs 32 pounds and is 40 inches tall. A six 6 is a childrens SMALL and both shirts and pants of this size are HUGE!!  Shirts look like mid-calf dresses on him and my kiddo is taller than the average.  Pants look like he is wearing his dad's they are so huge, falling down, etc.  Caylee was petite and weighed 30 pounds (from what I read), this leads me to believe the dress would fall right off of her.  The only connection I can see is if KC bought the dress (KC never bought Caylee clothing so she may not be familiar with sizing??).

ok, I am going to say something and I am basing this only on this video and on George's facial expressions.

George is NOT in denial anymore. He is heartbroken. He is grieving. George is going to tell what he knows and tell the truth.

Baez did the paperwork already....neither have to physically be at the arraignment....I read it somewhere this morning
(Casey of course plead not guilty)
