I have to confess George seeming more honest today made him more attactive.  Funny how that works.

I can't imagine what it felt like for George before he went to the grand jury.  I think afterward, there would be some feeling of relief, and a lot of sadness.  This is just the beginning.  There is a trial ahead.  And the time after that.

I hope and pray that he is finally accepting reality, as painful as that may be it is the only way to heal.  Cindy will go in circles trying to catch her tail in defense of Casey.  I think she believes her dellusions more and more every day.

Wyks ~  you think POI 2 could be Ricardo?  Interesting.

Sure  was a lot of rumble in the jungle earlier tonight, but this comment made me quit lurking again. I've really wondered how and when Casey went from being your average  ummm  okay  maybe not  so average young mom. By  most accounts  she was a loving  mom,  somewhere along  the line  she went  from maybe  just letting Caylee sleep  on the sofa while she  had her  "dates"  to dopin' that little sweetie  to even more horrible possibly dopin her in the trunk so she could  really party like the rockstar she thought  she was.

I guess what I'm saying is, is that it would seem  like somebody "turned her onto" this way of being  able to keep Caylee out of her hair,

Empathy, I do possess this emotion but not for all.  Unfortunately it is just that I fear that has had such a negative effect on Juror's that seem to believe that life is a reflection of what they watch on television.  Most crimes do not happen in front of the camera lens, sometimes when they, do the quality of the footage is so poor you can't identify the beings seen, but then there is the way of the walk, the type of shoes, etc, those things are circumstancial & those details need to be looked at quantitatively in making a decision if the doubt is reasonable.  Not what the people look like as in similar to celebrities, or looking like the homeless who have nothing.  Books & people can not be judged by their covers, it is their actions & the possessions that are put in the same place as the crime.

Our Justice System is based on Reasonable Doubt not any doubt & all too many violent criminals have been set free to walk & further perpetrate crimes upon the innocent due to Juror's misunderstanding of the difference between the two.

I have a sister who sat on a murder trial & the Juror's were going to find the perp not guilty until she pointed out to them that the doubt that they had in their minds was not accurate as both witnesses & the accused had testified that only the accused had been in his own car, this was the car that was found to contain the victim's blood in it.  They were not friends, no reason that the victim's blood should have been in the perp's car.  All but 2 my sister & another caught that.  AFter they found the perp guilty they found out that it was a retrial & was gang related, lol, she was wondering why there seemed to be kind of mean looking people in small groups when she was coming in & exiting the building every day, she had no idea.  I said my thanks to my God for keeping her & the other Juror's safe.  This perp's pals were trying to intimidate the Jury in all likely hood & the Jury had no idea.

I think in the past the inference was more on Annie Downing, who's statements have not been revealed.  And wasn't there talk of immunity involving her?

mizjay ~  Ricardo seems to be the one with the connection to this, right?

Well   at least now with Casey locked up and LE not having to worry about her family or her lawyer asking for crazy stuff like her being allowed to go search on her own and trying to make sure she wasnt gonna pull a OJ.....they can get back to business......This has been a crazy case from the get go and I think LE has done and outstanding job with considering everything they have had to deal with...............now for the rest of the story......and I for one cant wait........JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm.  This is another possibility.  Some think it's Lee.  I wonder if we'll find out tomorrow?  And I wonder if realization has hit Casey, and she talked just a little.  No confession, but talked a bit at the Sheriff's office when she had the chance to say something.  To make some sort of a better deal?  Or try to implicate someone else.    And somewhere in there is a thread of truth.  Just wondering.

::MonkeyEek::I LOVE EVERYBODY'S POSTS.  HAVE A GLASS OF WINE AND A CHILL PILL.  WE CAN ALL USE IT.  Ok, Muffy Bee, do not buzz me (I've been buzzed before for OT) But I miss Des.  I am worried about her.  Give her lots of Monkey Hugs for me.  Ok, back on topic.    Is anybody but me confused as to where Casey got all her money for three years of not-working?  I mean that's a long time.  Was she stealing from Cin and GA and everybody else that whole time.  Where was she getting money.  I think she was involved in some less than noble activities besides the stealing.

TY OldFart.  Love your eyes.

I'm confused on that too, KYcat, that's a long time to have money yet not actually be working.  Seems to me Casey had to have been doing 'something', whatever that may have been.

Remember the early recorded jail phone calls between her and Lee, where she mentioned something like she went somewhere but it wasn't for work or fun, and added if you know what i mean, or something like that.  (sorry i can't remember exact quote).  and Lee responded immediately as tho he knew exactly what she meant.  that was one of their 'in code' calls, where it seemed only they knew what they were talking about.

Anyway, sure seemed to me that Casey was alluding to some type of 'under the table' type of work, so to speak, and i'm betting she did much of that during those years she supposedly was going to a job everyday and leaving Caylee with the nanny.

So.... what could that 'under the table' type of work be?  escort service?  call-girl? drug-running?  moon-shine?  heh... could be anything i suppose.

Maybe we could set up a poll tomorrow for POI2-.  Who would be on the list?  How long could list be?  I guess you could pick top 4 or 5, and then do "other"...

Maybe it was "something" not "someone" Maybe it was getting into deeper drugs, Just a thought. Sure have seen some past friends go from "pot doesn't hurt you" then smoking it more and more, therefore changing more and more even if not getting into cocaine.
