Well, we know it wasn't Caylee's dress now. Interesting that Cindy said they were hoping for a "speedy trial"> I wonder if that is the defense plan?

"Absolutely"    that is the plan, I knew they would want a speedy trial because they DO NOT want caylee found....... And they hope this will be so quick, and without a body, they are hoping for a hung jury or mistrial. whatever they call it. Anyway I gotta get the kids to school and off to work. be back on later.
I am going to miss the arraignment Sad

The only problem with that is that I've seen MANY pictures of Caylee in all kinds of Disney dresses.  I don't believe a decription of the dress has been released or has it?

Cindy makes me want to puke.  I hope she didn't get paid for the interview.

Is Casey's court appearance this morning going to be available live feed?

They don't pay for interviews, they pay to license the pics.

She is getting paid.

WFTV said the A's attorneys were trying to auction off interviews for morning shows, and several news organizations including ABC have already turned them down, this was last night.

About 5:40 into the video -

All interview money got straight to casey's defence..I'm not watching it. I beleive she said in the porch interview  that everyone wants to profit off this..So far it has just been her asking for money

I can't believe she said that

Then she tried to save herself..by saying that she is loving Casey more each day.

What a SH$TTY Mom she must have been to Casey.

IIRC, it was stated that the dress found was just like Caylee was wearing in a photo.

Pink Angel,
Thank you for that clip. I've been looking for that one since last night!
After the 3 minutes into this clip, the reporter that was booted out baez office states that casey might represent herself in her murder trial. Which the tax payers will have to foot her bill for !

My last post got lost in cyberspace
I wish Cindy would just shut her pie hole
If that was me, one of my friends or family would yank me off the tube so fast...
I wish someone would cut the string off of Cindy's back that works her chatbox
She looks like the TV Cindy we saw when caylee first was reported missing, chatty, medicated, repetitive and delusional
She needs to lay off the drugs too
And where is George? I hope he is ok....

Prime News host Mike Galanos spars with a Casey Anthony defense spokesman over the media's handling of the case

http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/10/14/caylee.grand.jury/index.html?eref=rss_us#cnnSTCVideo

Good for Mike!  It is not the truth.  OMG total waste of time!  All we care about is Caylee.  Strangers are searching for your baby, Casey.  Strangers are digging in their pockets to help fund searches for your baby, Casey.  You owe it to your baby to find her.  You owe it to your parents to stop this madness.  I for one am tired of crying for your baby when all you cry for is yourself.

I completely agree with your statement... I cry for this baby all the time. I look at this babies pictures and it tears ME up inside. I live across the country from her, never spent a lick of time together with her, never even knew her name until she was already in heaven, but yet I dug into my own pockets to help when times are tough all over, I tried to put 2/2 together with the case... It makes me physically sick to think of this childs body just rotting out there.... and the only time, the only time we EVER seen emotional with Caylee's OWN MOTHER is when she realizes that she is going to spend her life jail.
At no other point, did she show any emotion.
I honest to god hope that Casey wakes up, and stops lying to everyone to bring her baby home. I knew from the beginning that the best place for her wasn't at home, it was to sit in jail... to sit and jail and have nothing but time to think of her crime... To think of her babies body wherever she put it last...
I say they go for death.... give her the option of leading them to Caylee for Life.

There will be Justice for Caylee. The whole world loves this baby.

Why would any grandmother wait to trial to tell her side of the story.  Her grandaughter has been missing for 17 weeks-her daughter has been  arrested-dont you think if they had a story to tell it should me now.  I really dont understand these people.  What were they like before this happend.  I wonder were they always this nuts-or is this a new conditon.

Just off the top of my head, I remember seeing pics of her in the dress Cindy held up, a yellow Belle dress and a blue Cinderella dress.

There is a link here to the hearing this morning. It's not working yet.

http://www.wftv.com/index.html

I don't know if it will be in the 9th judicial district again, but if it is, I saved that direct link last time as well.

Makes you wonder.... what was she thinking??!!!

It does, and I can't imagine ever giving one of my kids anything like that - BUT - ever hear of "paragoric" ?  As I understand it was an opium-based concoction that doctors used to prescribe for colic and a host of other unexplainable child ailments.  Apparently it just knocked the kids out, and I have heard many women of my mother's generation talk about "getting the kids to take a nap" using this stuff.  I'm pretty sure it's no longer legal, but it makes me wonder, is it a common or "hip" thing these days, for young parents to drug their kids ?

Good Morning! Yes, I know about paregoric. I don't think you can buy the stuff anymore, but there is a liquid you can give to babies with colic now. My grandson had colic and my d.i.l. used it a lot... I was worried she was using it too often, because I was there one day and he was just fussy... not really crying... I did caution her and I hope she didn't think I was being too bossy! I've always been very careful with meds for kids. I cannot imagine someone chloroforming a child, when there are much safer things to give them that are even available OTC. Benadryl comes to mind, and it comes in a child formula.
I don't know if this is common now, but some young moms don't seem to have the patience that we older ones did. I was over 40 when my youngest was born, and there were times I got really tired, but I NEVER considered "putting him to sleep."
