Where did the information about chloraform being found in the backyard where the dogs hit come from?

The chloroform was in an air sample of Casey's car interior.  It was not divulged whether or not there was an empty or partly filled container of chloroform.  The chloroform has not been connected with the swimming pool, except here, and probably in error.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Grand Jury convened Tuesday morning to decide whether or not to hand up an indictment against Casey Anthony on either murder or manslaughter charges. If that happens, she could be re-arrested and sent back to jail

By 9:00am, the lead prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office, Linda Drane-Burdick, was inside the courtroom. Around that same time, George Anthony arrived with his attorney, Mark NeJame.

NeJame attempted to get preferential treatment and avoid the security line visitors are required to go through at the courthouse. He was denied and the two of them were forced to stand in line.

An emotional George Anthony did make a short statement before entering the courthouse and asked that people stop at 11:00am and 11:00pm to pray for his granddaughter, Caylee. It was unclear the significance of the time.

George entered the courtroom to testify around 9:30am. He finished testifying around 10:30am and left the courthouse with NeJame. The Grand Jury then took a short break around 10:40am, before an Orange County cadaver dog deputy entered to testify around 10:50am.

Casey Anthony remained out of jail on home confinement Tuesday, but it could be her last day of freedom. She is a suspect in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Caylee's body has never been found.

The grand jury will hear from several witnesses who are expected to testify against Casey, including her own father, George Anthony. They will also hear from investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and an FBI's lab specialist.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.

Premeditated murder.  Chloroform found not just in the car but near the pool.  In a very pure form.   Her own father telling how she raced past him to get to the car because she did not want him looking in the trunk. 

Was the chloroform was found in a  container in those two places?  Or was chloroform identified as part of an air sample?.

Did anyone else see the video clip on FOX where Cindy is trying to lose the media because she doesn't want them to see the switch-a-roo with LE/bail bondsman after leaving Baez's office (still not sure who it was).....anyway, she pulled into a shopping parking lot and was doing circles trying to lose the FOX reporter who was following them.....then she pulled off the side of the road, got out of her car, started banging on the reporter's car and yelling at her.....then pulled under bridge and Casey got out, got in tan SUV, and Cindy blocked traffic so reporter couldn't follow Casey to jail.....the woman is a lunatic!

Yeah, I saw it. The same woman who just yesterday said that LE had no "evidence" against her daughter!

2.  George obviously stepped up to the plate today - NO FATHER SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THRU THIS!
3.  We must try to remember ... Caylee LOVED these people with all her heart ...

I wonder if this wasn't pre-planned by Casey & Baez. By representing herself, wouldn't she be allowed unlimited time out of her cell to research and prepare in the library? Then, right before trial, she changes her mind which causes a delay. NG said delay is the best word to a defense lawyer.

Todd Black just called into CNN Headline News and said that his office did not release the info regarding Casey representing herself (as stated online) and that the office knows nothing about it and would never release such a thing.

Maybe I am misunderstanding this, but I dont see where they are suggesting that it was in the yard, after all, Caylee was in the trunk as was the chloroform

4:55 p.m. It is a 7-count indictment against Casey Anthony, State Attorney Lawson Lamar just said.

Count one is first-degree murder.

Count two is for causing great bodily harm to Caylee, by intentionally inflicting injury on her or causing the injury to happen.

Count three is aggravated manslaughter of a child.

Counts four to seven involve lying to law enforcement during her discussions with investigators.

That leads me to believe they have evidence that she INTENTIONALLY HURT CAYLEE.....

WONDER WHAT THEY HAVE THAT WOULD PROVE THIS??

No Maggots cannot tell if someone has been abused. Was that a joke or are you serious? All they can tell is how long a person has been dead. A possibility and not definite in all cases. It did help with Danielle VanDam

But maggots can tell if there were drugs present and if Caylee was given drugs that is abuse for sure.
