She says it's tough to say what the charges are because we don't know the evidence.  We know it's a capital case, but don't know what the GJ was asked to decide.

Baez is a pathetic excuse for a lawyer.  He's hurt Casey's case more than helped it.  Any good attorney tries to find the best deal for his client.  A GJ indictment is not a good deal, in any way.

In some sort of twisted logic, Baez thinks Casey's constitutional rights have been trampled, the very rights our men are fighting for in Iraq.  I have not idea how he thinks her rights are not being upheld when a GJ indicts her, but then he doesn't make much sense to me.  Baez speaks in fuzzy logic and vague terms to try to throw mud anywhere but onto his client.
