George did testify back on August 4th about Casey borrowing Cindy's car which Cindy denies, and the gas can incident in the trunk.

Yes, that's right seeme.  But I think there was a whole lot more George could have said/reported. JMHO, of course.

I don't think all of his interview was released.....anything related to homicide was not released because at the time her charges were only neglect and economic . I have a feeling the info in the non-released parts of his interviews was compelling....JMO

Not crazy. I've left two messages on his personal cell phone just awhile ago. No return call as yet. I called Mark NeJames office about an hour ago, and spoke with someone there. I should be getting a call back from Mr NeJame some time later tonight, or first thing in the morning.

That could surely be, seeme.  Things are not always what they seem, I guess.  I am trying to think of what it must have been like for the Anthony's to all be living under the same roof, with all that has gone on.  Maybe as the trial progresses, more will be revealed.

I'm sure somebody else has stated this, but you're right.. I don't think that would have happened.. but I wonder about this person who Casey supposedly got into a truck with.. while being tailed by undercover cops.    Who the heck was it, and wtf was Cindy thinking?!

Funny..  I actually mused before the fact, that it would be funny if cops pulled them over on the way home.

A grand jury can hand down sealed indictments for any number of people during one day, and the cases don't have to have anything to do with one another. The second sealed indictment could be completely unrelated to Casey. I'll bet Casey isn't the only person in Orlando to be charged with murder/manslaughter lately.

Casey Anthony Jailed On First-Degree Murder In Daughter's Death

WFTV KICKED OUT OF BAEZ NEWS CONFERENCE

At an afternoon news conference, which WFTV was kicked out of (BOOTED: See Images | Watch Raw Video | Press Conference), Jose Baez was somber as he used the word "inevitable" to characterize what he expected from Tuesday's hearing.

"[The grand jury] is secret for various reasons. One, you don't want it to compromise the integrity of the grand jury. Two, you certainly don't want any targets of the grand jury to be aware and, three, you don't want to have to possibly taint those opinions of the grand jurors," Baez said during the press conference. "Of course, none of that is being accomplished today. You have a situation where, I truly believe, if a prosecutor wanted to walk in there without calling any testimony, they can ask, 'Does anyone want to indict Casey Anthony?' and they'd all vote yes by now. They'd do this not because of any evidence that has been presented or released in discovery in this case. They do this because of the systematic leaks that have gone out from the State Attorney's Office and law enforcement, evidence that no one has seen and no one has had the opportunity to test and no one has the opportunity to independently verify."

Casey stood next to Baez, crying. Baez also accused State Attorney Lawson Lamar of using the case to gain political favor in an election year. Baez said Lamar had made Casey "public enemy number one."

"I want you to hear it straight from my mouth. These are my words. I understand that there is an election going on and I understand that those days are numbered and I understand that Casey Anthony is public enemy number one and that the State Attorney's Office and the sheriff's department is under a great deal of pressure to close this case," Baez said. "I don't think Lawson Lamar, and I certainly hope that Lawson Lamar would not utilize a missing child to keep his job, so I'm not going to throw out any accusations. We all know what the situation is and if people want to conclude that, I'll allow them to do so. But as far as straight up accusations, it is not coming from me."

Baez then referenced the WFTV news team he kicked out of the conference while talking about Casey's presence.

"Casey wants to be here and she has always wanted to speak, but she trusts me and will allow me to speak for her. There will be no questions or any blurting out of anything. If there is, of course, you will find yourself out in the parking lot with some other less respectful people. I won't stand for any tabloid reporting or any cheap shots or lack of respect," Baez said.
