I am not going to argue this but maggots can tell more than just a time of death and if drugs were given to someone....

I am obviously being told I do not know what I am talking about so Goodbye monkeys...

MISTIX! Don't go, please! I never said you didn't know! I was thinking you were on to something! Please don't go!

You asked a question, I answered it. This is an opinion message board. You have every right to express your opinion as I do. If someone leaves just because someone disagrees with them, that's their problem. I took it to mean Physical abuse from a law standpoint which defined Physical abuse as this:Physical abuse is physical force or violence that results in bodily injury, pain, or impairment. It includes assault, battery, and inappropriate restraint. Thats all I am saying. Please move on. This news is far more important than arguing about Maggots.

CSI!!!!!!!

Hi Kristen. Wasn't being mean to her. Just telling her how I took what she said in the nicest way I could. She shouldn't leave just because someone disagreed with her. Please come back Misi. Sorry If I came off as mean. I am not mean. Don't have a mean bone in my body.

I have just finished listening to Lawson and Sheriff Berry and I have to say that the reality just hit me.
Caylee is dead. There has always been some hope somewhere in my heart that she was alive. My head has always known better.
But hearing the charges was almost to hard to listen to. It sounds like whatever the evidence they have Casey did something brutal to our Beautiful Caylee Angel.
My heart aches for Caylee.

Seriously, I mean I......ABSOLUTELY want to know where LEE is????

Me, too!

Also, now that Cindy and George are alone in that house again, how long before the divorce, ya think?

Shoooot, this is the first time they have been alone, minus the 31 days Casey was hiding the truth about Caylee.
No telling what is going to happen in that house now. Pure and raw emotion I imagine. I do not envy them.

Too bad the cam will be gone. Love to see who leaves in the middle of the night??

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around for a while.. Things just really started to bother me..  especially looking at my beautiful daughter everyday.  Im just absolutely thrilled that these charges are now being brought up against her Smile  just so happy..  I live in BC canada, and we dont have the death penalty anywhere within Canada, but I am definately all for it this case if she is found guilty.  I in no way beleive that she is mentally ill, she knew and knows exactly what she is doing.  A mentally ill person would not try to cover up something.. usually they dont even understand what they did was wrong.  So do all the testing they want, I think she is perfectly sane imo..  I think her mom is under some serious post traumatic stress or something though.  Ditto on the where in the world is Lee too...   All in all, I am just so glad that something has finally gave here.. Smile

And George?!

I don't know but he has to feel horrible, he did do the right thing and testify against his daughter he has lost his granddaughter and daughter now and probably his wife and son.

That is very said if he loses his family for telling the truth. Goes to show what vile people he was with. If thats true he is better off without them in the long run.

Hmm.  Maybe with Casey defending herself, it could be turned around later, with it being said she didn't have good and fair representation.  I don't know.  Just wondering.  With that girl, there's an angle to everything, imo..

It's how she gets a speaking part in the made for TV movie.

I had no doubt in my heart, that George would make the difficult decision to do the right thing.  I know my first post wasn't very popular, and it was a bit strong (this was rightfully pointed out to me by SM). But if you had a chance to look him in the eyes, and see him not through the eyes of the media, you may have felt the same way about himas I did. I tip my hat to him. He still has a very long road ahead of him, and I wish him the best during these most difficult times.

I think she jumped at the chance when she heard that she would be given money if she represents herself.

LOL.... I had the same thought.... might she be thinking these funds could be used at , oh, say Target?

Sometimes, it's not what people say as opposed to how they say. Some people have a "holier than thou" attitude that is offensive.
Not to drag this on, but I think the info you are missing is this:
assault

A crime that occurs when one person tries to physically harm another in a way that makes the person under attack feel immediately threatened. Actual physical contact is not necessary; threatening gestures that would alarm any reasonable person can constitute an assault. Compare battery.

Did anyone else see the video clip on FOX where Cindy is trying to lose the media because she doesn't want them to see the switch-a-roo with LE/bail bondsman after leaving Baez's office (still not sure who it was).....anyway, she pulled into a shopping parking lot and was doing circles trying to lose the FOX reporter who was following them.....then she pulled off the side of the road, got out of her car, started banging on the reporter's car and yelling at her.....then pulled under bridge and Casey got out, got in tan SUV, and Cindy blocked traffic so reporter couldn't follow Casey to jail.....the woman is a lunatic!

Where did the information about chloraform being found in the backyard where the dogs hit come from?

The chloroform was in an air sample of Casey's car interior.  It was not divulged whether or not there was an empty or partly filled container of chloroform.  The chloroform has not been connected with the swimming pool, except here, and probably in error.
Well, I found it!
Grand Jury To Decide On Possible Murder Charges Against Casey Anthony
POSTED: 4:31 pm EDT October 13, 2008
UPDATED: 10:54 am EDT October 14, 2008

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Grand Jury convened Tuesday morning to decide whether or not to hand up an indictment against Casey Anthony on either murder or manslaughter charges. If that happens, she could be re-arrested and sent back to jail

By 9:00am, the lead prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office, Linda Drane-Burdick, was inside the courtroom. Around that same time, George Anthony arrived with his attorney, Mark NeJame.

NeJame attempted to get preferential treatment and avoid the security line visitors are required to go through at the courthouse. He was denied and the two of them were forced to stand in line.

An emotional George Anthony did make a short statement before entering the courthouse and asked that people stop at 11:00am and 11:00pm to pray for his granddaughter, Caylee. It was unclear the significance of the time.

George entered the courtroom to testify around 9:30am. He finished testifying around 10:30am and left the courthouse with NeJame. The Grand Jury then took a short break around 10:40am, before an Orange County cadaver dog deputy entered to testify around 10:50am.

Casey Anthony remained out of jail on home confinement Tuesday, but it could be her last day of freedom. She is a suspect in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Caylee's body has never been found.

The grand jury will hear from several witnesses who are expected to testify against Casey, including her own father, George Anthony. They will also hear from investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and an FBI's lab specialist.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.
