Fox news said it was a woman. She got out, knocked, no answer, back to car. Reporter asked if family, she nodded, back in car for 20 min, Cindy has been home since 4:10 per reporter.

So she didn't answer the door to her own family??

5:00 p.m. Orange County deputies stopped the vehicle Casey Anthony was riding in somewhere on the Beachline and have brought her to the Sheriff's Office command center.

It's unclear where on the Beachline members of the felony squad pulled Anthony over, but agency spokesman Jim Solomons just told the Sentinel, "We knew where she was at all times."


I didnt know they followed her and Cindy from Baez's office and pulled them over to take her into custody.

Ugh.  I know that Cindy is a complete freaking nut, and has enabled Crazy's sociopathic behavior, but really.  Leave the family alone for one night.  Give them a minute to process this.

For what?  CIndy put all of us who followed this through hell with her denial and cover up and bullcrap. THis is no grieving grandmother, this is a criminal in my opinion. Arrest her too for neglect, after all she said she was the real caregiver.

Where did the information about chloraform being found in the backyard where the dogs hit come from?

The chloroform was in an air sample of Casey's car interior.  It was not divulged whether or not there was an empty or partly filled container of chloroform.  The chloroform has not been connected with the swimming pool, except here, and probably in error.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Orange County Grand Jury convened Tuesday morning to decide whether or not to hand up an indictment against Casey Anthony on either murder or manslaughter charges. If that happens, she could be re-arrested and sent back to jail

By 9:00am, the lead prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office, Linda Drane-Burdick, was inside the courtroom. Around that same time, George Anthony arrived with his attorney, Mark NeJame.

NeJame attempted to get preferential treatment and avoid the security line visitors are required to go through at the courthouse. He was denied and the two of them were forced to stand in line.

An emotional George Anthony did make a short statement before entering the courthouse and asked that people stop at 11:00am and 11:00pm to pray for his granddaughter, Caylee. It was unclear the significance of the time.

George entered the courtroom to testify around 9:30am. He finished testifying around 10:30am and left the courthouse with NeJame. The Grand Jury then took a short break around 10:40am, before an Orange County cadaver dog deputy entered to testify around 10:50am.

Casey Anthony remained out of jail on home confinement Tuesday, but it could be her last day of freedom. She is a suspect in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. Caylee's body has never been found.

The grand jury will hear from several witnesses who are expected to testify against Casey, including her own father, George Anthony. They will also hear from investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and an FBI's lab specialist.

Channel 9 reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car and jurors will hear how investigators found that potentially deadly chemical in the same spot where Caylee's body had been at one point.

I think that means in the trunk.

But was this chloroform found in an air sample, or was there a container of chloroform found?  Or both?  I have never ever seen this information given.  Air samples were taken from the trunk and analyzed.  Sometimes when people use the term "pure chloroform" what is meant is that the chloroform was in a container, usually a commercial container.  Chloroform found in the air sample is significant in that it's part of the gases (chloroform gas) of the trunk.

Premeditated murder.  Chloroform found not just in the car but near the pool.  In a very pure form.   Her own father telling how she raced past him to get to the car because she did not want him looking in the trunk. 

Was the chloroform was found in a  container in those two places?  Or was chloroform identified as part of an air sample?. 

Thank-you for this, I thought I might have misinterpreted. Hopefully a clearer explanation will be reported.

Cindy is I think Medicated and has no true reality of what is really going on.
I feel for her as well - I don't know HOW I would be able to believe my own daughter killed my Grandbaby ........ Dunno its so incomprehensible

If you watch CA's interview from last night, you can understand the hate towards this family.  She has brought it on herself.  I have tried and tried to feel sympathy for her then she opens her mouth!!   I do feel sorry for GA, today must have ripped him apart.

A NORMAL family would be together during all of this. I couldn't imagine not having my family right by my side if I was going through what they are. George must have flat out said he knows that Casey has killed Caylee or something just as compelling.

I had no doubt in my heart, that George would make the difficult decision to do the right thing.  I know my first post wasn't very popular, and it was a bit strong (this was rightfully pointed out to me by SM). But if you had a chance to look him in the eyes, and see him not through the eyes of the media, you may have felt the same way about himas I did. I tip my hat to him. He still has a very long road ahead of him, and I wish him the best during these most difficult times.

have you spoken to him? I think he  is really going to need a friend right now.

I will reserve my total BRAVO for George till I am positive he didn't help in the cover-up or cut a deal.  However, I will say that the George who stepped up to the plate is a better George than the one we all saw when you first appeared on the board.  So, please do keep in touch with him - he will desperately need a friend.  And, I will add that your loyalty to him, makes me wish you were my friend! I hope that our loyalty to Caylee will make you want to remain friends with us monkeys too!
