IMO it was a WTF reaction
to simian's immediately preceding angry posts
talking smack about shango/shock/checkme ...
and/or R33's comments to simian:

and "you're sharing nothing truthful ...
is it always the same w/ you, bitch?"

but then again, since shango's ? comes at 2:23
and "this is not the simian/this is a doppenganger"
follows immediately at 2:24 ...
perhaps the ? goes more to simian's display of temper,
which shango sees as out of character
and leads to the comment re a doppenganger

Dutch the west coast is busy…however, that road between the bushes is very hidden. Have taken girls there myself, but in cars. If you are on foot it would be so easy to hide in the mangroves. The fishermen’s huts. There are no streetlights there.

How come the “Black Team” was not aware is beyond me. They are all over in that area. At least they used to be.
