I remember he said back pack, and Casey's clothes  but what was Caylee wearing ?

And I think Cindy has stated NOTHING of Caylee's was missing from the house

George Anthony said, Casey and Caylee leave the house at 12:50 pm. Casey was wearing gray dress slacks and a white dress shirt and carried a dark blue backpack. Caylee is wearing a blue-jean shorts, a pink blouse and her sunglasses with white frames. She also has a white Dora the Explorer backpack and her cloth-bodied baby doll.

A dark blue backpack? I missed the list of what was in the car, but wasn't a dark backpack found where Red searched? It's in his pics!

Niveah's mother had initially claimed her daughter had been kidnapped. But when questioned about it on Friday, she broke down and admitted to police that her 3-year-old was dead and stuffed in two plastic bags, according to arrest affidavits released Monday.

Gallegos said she and her boyfriend, Angel Ray Montoya, were scared. So instead of calling an ambulance or police, they both decided to place the girl in a white plastic trash bag, cover that with another black plastic bag and placed that bag in a royal blue duffel bag with yellow handles, according to the arrest affidavits.

When detectives went to her apartment to get a photograph of Niveah, they noticed "a paper towel on the floor of the living room that had blood or some other type of body fluid on it," the affidavit said.

Meanwhile, neighbors living near Niveah's grandmother's house said they often saw Gallegos and Montoya yelling at each other in the street. They said Niveah and Gallegos lived at the grandmother's home for a while, and that the grandmother basically raised the child.

"(The grandmother) is a mess. She's walking around all the alleys and checking all the trash cans trying to look for her granddaughter," said Elizabeth Murray, the grandmother's next door neighbor. "It's just a shame that that man got ahold of that little baby because that never should have happened."

He was on a search with TES and discovered some things but due his contract and respect of Tim he can't say anthing

a 2nd POI...  wording in the released indictment  refers to "Another person"  which I took to  be standard language.

If the GJ heard more information on "Another person"  realated to Caylee's case, which is sealed until detainment of that person,  I would expect an arrest would happen very soon.

827.03  Abuse, aggravated abuse, and neglect of a child; penalties.--

(1)  "Child abuse" means:

(a)  Intentional infliction of physical or mental injury upon a child;

(b)  An intentional act that could reasonably be expected to result in physical or mental injury to a child; or

(c)  Active encouragement of any person to commit an act that results or could reasonably be expected to result in physical or mental injury to a child.

A person who knowingly or willfully abuses a child without causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the child commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(2)  "Aggravated child abuse" occurs when a person:

(a)  Commits aggravated battery on a child;

(b)  Willfully tortures, maliciously punishes, or willfully and unlawfully cages a child; or

(c)  Knowingly or willfully abuses a child and in so doing causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the child.

Okay so is there anywhere on here that maybe RED has a theory on this case. I think its wonderful that he is a stand up guy and keeps his mouth shut about all of this , it would be real hard for me not just to blurt it out expecially after 3 months of the looking at the crazy lady and her offspring with the smirks on their faces

George Anthony Believes Daughter Is Good Mother

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George Anthony, whose daughter, Casey Anthony, was indicted on seven charges on Tuesday in the disappearance of Caylee Anthony, is not giving up hope.

In his first appearance since Casey Anthony's indictment, George Anthony spoke to reporters outside of his home in Orange County.

He still believes his granddaughter Caylee Anthony, 3, is alive and carries a photo of her for comfort and strength.

"You never give up, you never stop, you pray, you hope," George said.

George Anthony also stands firmly by the belief that Casey Anthony had no involvement in Caylee's disappearance.

"This 3-year-old little girl was never harmed by my daughter. Never," said George Anthony. "My daughter would not do that to her. I know that."

George Anthony told WESH 2 reporter Eryka Washington that his family was not surprised by Casey Anthony's indictment. While his testimony against his daughter was very hard, he does not believe it had any impact on the grand jury's decision.

George Anthony also insists that Casey Anthony is not cold and emotionless, as many believe her to be.

"My daughter's tore up over this. She's not putting on any kind of front," said George Anthony.

The Anthonys stand behind their daughter and will not give up the search for Caylee Anthony, they said.

"In my heart she’s a good mother," said George Anthony
