I,m concerned about the attorneys that Casey has. They don't sound like they
should be looking after a very high profile case like this. If she is found guilty
there will be a reversal because of insuffucient attorneys. Millions of dollars will
be spent from a city that has already spent that and more. Will nothing be done about this before it happens.

Wasn't there discussion yesterday about Casey representing herself?  And then there was discussion that her current attorney doesn't have the experience to lead her case?  (sorry, can't remember the term).  Maybe there are changes in the works for her legal representation.
BELIEVE ME -- Casey will not be allowed to represent herself in a Capital murder case. Never, No way, No how. Even Clarence Darrow would be brought up on appeal as "ineffective counsel"!!!! Baez is a joke! Some moron lawyer (like Mark Geragos) will take this case as a publicty stunt.
I don't think Baez will let go of this case as he plans to cash in when it's over.  However, he will probably have to take on a co-counsel.

George stated he doesn't think his statements before the Grand Jury made a difference.  I am amazed he can say this with a straight face.  I do not believe that the prosecution would have subpoened a witness whose testimony made no difference in the case.  They called just a few witnesses, fewer than six or seven, and every single one of those witnesses gave significant and important testimony or they would not have been called.  George is trying to belittle his own part in the GJ proceedings.  Why?  To placate his wife, his son, and his daughter, that's why.  George is playing both sides against the middle and he knows very well what he is doing.  He knew he had to tell the truth in court, but he is trusting the secrecy of the GJ proceedings to enable him to continue the charade with Cindy.  He can't keep this up.

I agree.  This makes more sense than anything else.

Absolutely, I am listening to his 47 minute interview, and he gave them plenty!!!
Listening?? Did I miss something? Is this a TV interview or the part of the GJ that was taped by the media when accidentally put on the speakers. I was reeeeaaaaaallllly hoping no one would leak that so Casey's attorneys couldn't cry foul.

Wonder if it was part of George's test. that was piped outside?

scratch  I don't know.  But I'm hoping the defense isn't able to make something of that.

Legal Expert: Baez Not Qualified To Defend Anthony

It says Baez is bringing in another lawyer that is qualified to help with the case.  There is no way he is going to let that gravy train leave with out him.

Cindy's hair has crept further and further towards her eyes as this has gone on.  It nearly covers them now.  It makes me wonder if she's trying to hide behind the hair.

So...we heard from her attorney last night that CA is not taking a polygraph because of her medication....good excuse but I'm not buying that a the real reason.  CA is a real piece of work and the more I see of her, the better I understand the reason KC is the person she is.  I keep coming back to the statement that she made about KC loving Caylee more than CA loves KC.  I realize that she's trying to make KC look like a the world's best mom but come on....how could any mother make that statement??? I know that my son is a great father but I don't think he loves his children one bit more than I love him!!! I can't imagine any mother saying such a thing.

A few questions about LP.....

At first, most of us were very angry with him for posting KC's bond and getting her out of the "big house."  Then, he seemed to redeem his actions by becoming a friend to everyone...including NG....that doubted KC's innocence in this case.  There are times that I think he is credible but other times that I just can't figure him out. Granted, he may have inside contacts with LE working on this case but if he has insider info, should he be talking about it on NG??? It seems we hear about all of these new unwindings in this case from LP on NG and then hear nothing more about them.  I would think if LE wanted us to know about a trash bag with body fluids on the outside of it, this info would have been released officially by OCSD.  Personally, I think he's really entertaining to watch...just not always 100% sure about things he states as factual.  Anyone else out there feel this way???
I understand why you feel ambivalent about LP.  Personally, I think it's wise to take with a grain of salt anything stated in the media by anyone other than the authorities, like the Sheriff or the FBI or such.  On the other hand, LP is a colorful character, and he has been in the "business" for many years with many contacts.  I enjoy listening to him and many of his comments have been proven correct.  We have yet to learn the accuracy of some of them, so I'll wait and see.  I do like listening to him, though!
LP's credibilty starts and ends with me in the mere fact he spent a lot of time INSIDE the Anthony house early on. If it wasn't for that, his ceredibility with me would be zilch. Personally, I think I trust what he is saying to us now.

Hmm. That's a thought.  It could also be difficult to go out and get her hair done.  Or maybe she's just totally stressed and isn't looking after herself.

Wreck, I agree with that part.  I do believe things he says that he heard or witnessed himself.

AZLady - no, I haven't heard it and I don't think it's been released.  Sounds like it was discovered fairly quickly and as far as I no it has not leaked to the public.
