Im having a hard time believing Lee is an accomplice.  All that time that Casey wasnt going home and was mooching off her friends she didnt contact him.  She could of been spending the night with him.  Im sure they were close but I dont think she would tell Lee she killed Caylee and where her body is.  Im sure Lees lawyer has told him to shut up especially after watching his mother run her mouth with lies.  His world seems to be crumbling also and im hoping he is fed up with sister, mommy and daddy.  Maybe he finally realized his sister is a killer and doesnt want to have to say so.  I am hoping he is doing the right thing.

I am more inclined to think that Lee is an "after the fact" type accomplice.  IMO he helped her with the final cover up.  Why did he take it upon himself to go to Tony's to get the laptop and her belongings?  What else would this brother do to cover his sisters tracks?

IMO, Lee tried to erase everything from the laptop.

ITA! Lee told LE when he went to Tony's house on 7/15 to retrieve KC's belongings he  notice KC's laptop on the table. It had a blue screen. Either KC did this before her mom & amy showed up, which I do not believe because KC was caught off guard, or Lee did it when he saw the laptop on the table.

Or someone at Tony's did it after Casey left & before Lee showed up...

If that is true it would mean Tony is involved in Caylee's disappearance which I do not believe.

Well, Tony could be involved in something else illegal that he may not have wanted someone to know about... I just think that it shouldn't be ruled out.  If Casey was allegedly working on her computer, and a couple of hours later the comuter had been attempted to be wiped clean, there were a limited number of people who had access to that computer.  I think each of those people should be considered.

See, I know some of you get pizzed when I draw parallels...but Jug refused to give DNA samples also because he found it insulting. Maybe Lee felt the same way. He had every right to refuse and I don't believe it points to his guilt at all.

There is no reason for Lee NOT to give his DNA. And that to refusing to take a poly test and convincing his parents not to take 1 either leads me to believe he has something to hide.

Isn't Lee's profession in IT? Wouldn't he do a better job of wiping the hard drive? Just asking ...

Where is everyone getting the info that he was an IT?  When I looked up his job based on the address he had given, it is a Sports Events business. They find tickets for coporate heads that want to go to a game - set up the transportation and what not as well. 
Then again what do I know..

can you tell me why you believe that? Go back to his frame of mind at that point, he was trying desparately to find his niece ad fully cooperating with LE.

Not Mammy, but I think he KNEW Casey had done something horrible.  He saw it on her face that first night when the cops were on the way and he was talking to her in her room.  He saw her recognize the trouble she was about to be in, so she changed her story.  I don't think Lee believed her story about a kidnapped child AT ALL.  However, I don't think he knew exactly what she had done yet.  He saw an opportunity to circle the wagons, so to speak, and protect the family by getting Casey's stuff.  He had the best opportunity to sabotage the laptop.  I don't believe Casey had time to do it, and I don't believe Tony or his roommates had any reason to do it.

We don't know that he didn't give DNA. We just found out Cindy and George did, we thought they hadn't either.

Maybe you thought Cindy and George hadn't but the report I heard clearly said the Cindy and George DID give DNA samples a couple weeks ago when asked by LE and Lee Anthony REFUSED to give DNA samples when asked by LE a couple weeks ago.

Bombshell News in Caylee Anthony Case
There have been several new developments in the case of Casey Anthony and her missing 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

According to a source close to the investigation, prosecutors now have enough forensic evidence to ask a grand jury to indict Anthony for her daughter's murder. That evidence allegedly proves that Caylee's body was in the trunk of the car Casey Anthony was driving and at one point in the backyard of the Anthony family home.

Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have voluntarily provided investigators with DNA samples, which are currently being compared to hairs found in the trunk of the car.  Anthony's brother, Lee Anthony, initially refused to provide investigators with a sample; however he later submitted to that request when investigators served him with a search warrant.

According to WFTV.com, George Anthony has been called to testify against his daughter before the grand jury. It remains unclear if Cindy and Lee will also be called to testify. In addition to family members, prosecutors will also present testimony from an FBI profiler, who is expected to offer a detailed analysis Anthony's psychological makeup.

Investigators are convinced that Caylee was murdered on or about June 17. Cell phone records show that from June 16 to June 18, Anthony mostly went about her normal routine - traveling to and from her parents and boyfriend's house - however, pings have also placed her near Blanchard Park and the Econ Trail, an isolated area south of Lake Underhill. Both those areas were searched by myself and Texas EquuSearch; however given the high waters and thick underbrush it is possible that evidence could have gone overlooked.

The grand jury is expected to issue a ruling in the case by the end of the day Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, is scheduled to appear before Judge Stan Strickland tomorrow, to rule on a motion Baez filed last week, requesting that Strickland lighten up on Anthony's home confinement restrictions. According to the motion, Anthony wants to get involved in the search for a "living" Caylee Anthony. Legal analysts predict that motion will be denied.

Did any info come out regarding Lee & Tony's interaction on that night?  If I were the uncle of a missing little 3 year old, you can bet that I would be over at the place that my sister last was interrogating every single last person who was with her.... did he say that there was any discussion, or just that he picked up her things and left?

I found it strange that Cindy never asked "Where's Caylee" when she went to Tony's to get Casey... I would be interested to know if Lee asked?

Tony and his roommates have all stated that they had no idea what was going on until the LE showed up at their place.  NOT CINDY, NOT LEE...the LE.

Yep and why oh why lawyer up?Feeling attacked is no reason..An innocent man would walk in,tell everything he knows and walk out.Why spend thousands of dollars on attaining a lawyer if you are innocent?I wouldn't..NO WAY...Something is definitly not right about this..

Same thing was said about the McCains. With all that was going on in the public and the media, they would have been stupid not to get a lawyer.

Since Lee refused a poly and a dna test and has hired an attorney - one of the following MUST be true :
1) he is Caylee's father and that's why he doesn't want a dna test
2) he is materially involved in some way with Caylee's death or body disposal (i.e. some way that can be traced by dna)
3) he has committed some other unrelated crime and doesn't want his dna on record.

What say ye, monkeys ? 

Refusal to give DNA and/or take a lie detector test IMPLIES guilt, but not one of those statement MUST be true IMO.

one other possibility - he is screwing with the investigation and just making it hard to wrap up some areas that remain open.
