OK  I think MAYBE Todd Black just sunk the ship!  Listen to the 2nd point he was trying to make (addressing a caller comment) about 2 minutes into interview

Todd Black :  "This is a very serious case ... involving not just the LOSS OF LIFE OF THIS LITTLE GIRL"

Thanks Janet .. I am truly bothered by his choice of words ... He did not imply that this was a "missing" child ... he specifically stated the "loss of life" ... then goes on to say "but the loss of whatever's going to happen to Casey Anthony ..."  (to me implying because of what she has done)

To me this does NOT sound like an "over view" of the case ... but indeed that at least he (a spokesman for the defense team) believes this child to be deceased!

I could be wrong ... maybe I misinterpreted his statement ...

I don't thnk so.

Hey ... there are the words of Jose Baez to consider ... words that came out of his own mouth ... words that implied that Caylee's demise was the result of Casey's wrongdoing.

My interpretation is that he is speaking of the "case", which indeed does involve the "loss of life of this little girl".

Lisa - Personally .. I will continue to wear my Caylee shirt ... the way I see it .. (perhaps not the same as George) but she is still "missing" ... Until Tim brings her home ... I will continue to wear it in support/honor of "her" ...  < ok ... I feel the tears coming now >

I'm sorry, I know you went down there to search and this has to be hard! *Big hugs to you* I thought George had turned a corner yesterday and decided to stop the charades.  It just angered me to see the t-shirt because he definitely has to know that Caylee is in heaven and not kidnapped!

Any word yet on when TES will resume the search for Caylee??  Tim was certainly his self again on NG last night I thought. 

Last I heard in a couple weeks so that would be by the 24th or so of October.

I'm not an expert on legal matters.  When I listen to how the GJ works, I really want to know....how is that fair?  Is it better or worse for a case to go to GJ or otherwise?  Who gets to decide this?  TIA

Well, I suppose it's fair. All the grand jury is doing is deciding if there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial. Once the trial takes place, that's when the defense can have their say. I'm guessing the grand jury is in place to save the taxpayers money by weeding out those cases that don't sound plausible.

I'm with you all. Who have we never seen or heard much from or about? -- Annie. Who has hired a lawyer and refused a DNA test? -- Lee. If there is in fact a 2nd poi, I see Casey trying to pin it all on him or her.

Thanks, BT.  I think I was getting caught up in thinking if the GJ finds probable cause, then she did it rather than realizing this only means we're now waiting for a trial date.  Guess I've already thrown the book at her in my mind.  Good thing I'm not on the jury, huh?

I am beginning to lean more and more toward Lee considering he will not take a polygraph, he refused to give his DNA and since he was made to give the DNA he has been outta sight. We have not seen him at all in a while and it is just too weird that he was not present yesterday considering everything that was scheduled.   Where is LEE????

I was watching Trutv at noon and they said on there that the indictments given are worded in a sense that there is the potential of a second person being involved in this case. I am trying to find a video, but so far no luck. I will keep trying to find a link to that show.
