I think they posted someone's myspace pics and were just talking smack about them.

Wow.... I can see the pain in his eyes.... but the words just don't pay that off to me. I don't know, I can't imagine what the family is going through right now. I just wish this could be over soon.

I found it interesting that Mark NeJame mentioned yesterday on NG that he had not spoken to Cindy at all yesterday, and that when she did the Today show appearance this morning, that he was not there.  I am wondering if there is any chance that there has been some determination that NeJame will be dealing with George only? 

I can't imagine that he would have approved of Cindy going on the Today Show in that condition... JMO.

I definitely got the impression that MN was distancing himself from Cindy. I posted that last night during the show.

Even if he advised her not to, she probably wouldn't have listened anyway. She seems to do whatever she wants. And this is the type attitude Casey has, too. Sadly.

I just read this on Fox News: Casey Anthony, her attorney and her mother Cindy Anthony were all at the closed-door grand jury session. I always thought that the defense was not allowed at a Grand Jury. Am I wrong in thinking that?

I missed the live arraignment earlier, but caught a couple of others in the court room. Other inmates of the jail were in jailhouse orange for their hearings. Why is Casey not?? Why does she have so many privileges?  What's up with the 'black' clothing the past couple of days. Is she now in mourning?

They just said on foxnews that the defense could use the "Hey look there's Caylee coming through the door now" if anyone on the jury looks and/or anyone in the court room looks....that would show they have doubt that Caylee is actually dead....how sad is that

They were not there. KC was at her atty's office. Cindy dropped her off.

I'm still catching up.. but did anybody think that Cindy or somebody in her "group" dumped that size 6 dress out in the woods or wherever it was, just so they could show the public Caylee's actual dress? And then be like "See, Caylee's alive because we have her dress right here."

I think that this may have been misquoted.  They were at Casey's attorney's office all day.  There is video of them coming, having a press conference around 2 pm and leaving later in the day.

Where is this info from? I didn't hear this. Is it true? Because I also didn't think they were allowed. Baez even put-down the "grand jury proceedings".

Hmm I was thinking the same thing...why is she in the same color as she was for the other charges....Murder charge of inmates is usually a different color...orange and/or red....

I think FOX is reporting this wrong.  Casey and Cindy were at Baez's office during the GJ testimony.

well let me first say I wasnt able to follow anything yesterday tuned in to NG last night and my jaw dropped and then I smiled.  well then I saw the tears amazing now she cries just goes to show how  self centered she is now her freedom and life are at stake the only two times and tears are shed and like LP said she wasnt really crying Just Freaking Amazing!!!! well now we brace for the trial I had some sympathy for GA last night then hearing you all speak this morning I missed all the interviews shouldve stayed home lol..


Now OT for just a second I am reaching out to you all because you guys amaze me with your investigative skills I am looking for some websites to help locate info on my mothers family trying to obtain records death, birth, etc any legal info

If they did, they are dumb, because I am sure this was off the rack and not a custom dress--anyone could have one. Besides, was Caylee a size 6 already? She could be tall, I guess, but my son (who is only 2 days younger than Caylee, and also tall for his age) is only in 4T's. Just asking.

You could say that about Elvis, and he's been dead how many years now? You could say that about Heath Ledger or anybody else who has died..  You think HUH? And then you look. Even when logic tells you it's not the truth.

They could also say, hey, here comes Lee riding in on a flying pink unicorn with monkeys flying out his ass, and they will STILL look, but that doesn't mean that they believe that Unicorn's exist.

I think JB has convinced George and Cindy that they need to plant the seed of reasonable doubt. 

I think that is a definite possibility. I do however think it is coming from JB and not from the Anthony's attny..From the way he talked yesterday about GA's testimony, I got the impression that their attny wanted them to be truthful and honest and fully comply with LE about this whole thing. Also, didn't Tim or someone say on an interview that the Anthonys had a good attny,if they would just listen to him? or something to that effect?
