This pic is not dated but it looks to me KC was prego with Caylee and partying...

Photo was from either 2006 or 2007 (I forget right now) but in any case she was NOT pregnant with Caylee at the time.

I think it's just that mommy pooch.  Lots of women have it after having a baby.

Why did Lee Anthony refuse to give a DNA sample?  George and Cindy Anthony gave samples, Lee refused!

Yep and why oh why lawyer up?Feeling attacked is no reason..An innocent man would walk in,tell everything he knows and walk out.Why spend thousands of dollars on attaining a lawyer if you are innocent?I wouldn't..NO WAY...Something is definitly not right about this..

Same thing was said about the McCains. With all that was going on in the public and the media, they would have been stupid not to get a lawyer.

My point is this, Casey's family has been victimized by her for years. She stole from Lee, from his friends...he was a victim too.

Caylee probably didn't even weigh 30 lbs. Whatever happened to Caylee, I think Casey acted alone. Where ever she dsposed of the body, I think LE has a good idea of when and a general idea of the vicinity by the cell phone pings. I don't think Lee or George was involved with disposing of her body. I think they love Caylee heart and soul, I if they had given all hope of Caylee being alive, they would go through hell and high water to bury her little body and to say anything differently is just wrong. That is just my opinion. My all accounts, Lee is a good person who loved his niece. You can't tell me he would take her rotting body and dispose of it for the sake of Casey. No way in my mind.

It gives me pause as to why he could love her so much he wouldn't dispose of her body for Casey, yet doesn't love her enough to give his DNA to help the investigation, even if it means just ruling him out. I don't see how he can do both because hindering an investigation slows down the possibility of finding Caylee since the say they believe she's alive.

I need to pay attention to my Hubby for once.  It's his 55th BD and now he can't pull anything on me.  I'm 3 months older (LOLL)

Lots of chattering going on.
Can someone tell me the latest on the maggots on the bag from the trunk and how the body fluid got on the outside of the bag?

What if it was laying right next to Caylee's body? That would explain it.. or there was a leak in whatever else may have contained her body. Wasn't there some kind of blue tote supposedly found in the trunk? I thought somethin like that was listed in that first batch of documents?

George reported that KC had a black backpack the day she left. Red's pictures show a black backpack that was found while searching.

Thanks Klass - that is the pic I wanted.  Hard to see, but I don't see the same amount of wear on the rim.  I agree - I think it was a situation where they each had a hat.  She either tossed it because she had it on that day or she was pi$$ed that Annie talked.

I was just thinking the same thing.  But then I was thinking sometimes LE makes intentional leaks.  I was wondering if perhaps this person did not come forward awhile ago and LE is making it seem like it's just now just to add pressure to KC.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Casey Anthony, currently housed in a protective custody cell at the Orange County Jail, received her first visitor Wednesday night since she was indicted on a murder charge related to the death of her daughter, Caylee.

A jail spokesperson confirms that Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, made an evening visit. Baez arrived around 8:20 p.m. and left about an hour later.

Casey has chosen to limit her video visitations to immediate family including her mother, father and brother. A jail spokesperson says that no video visitations have been scheduled at this time

There was a woman who reported she saw a woman that looked like KC walking out of the woods. That was about a month ago.

That woman never said anything about KC carrying a shovel. We would have been all over that!

From my experience in Corrections I can tell you that a high profile inmate such as Casey is being watched 24/7. Most likely in a suicide watch cell. We had an female in custody for murder of her child and before conviction she was held in a swc for the entire time. Her boyfriend and accomplice was not...and he did kill himself in his cell. I am not implying that Casey has made any claim of suicide, but people, criminals like her start to crack under this pressure, and with the trial still going on and Caylee still not found there is no way they are going to risk anything with Casey.
