I'm sure they do sell shovels at JCP and Target.  I believe the neighbor said about an hour or an hour 1/2

Did a search at JCP and some of my employees deliver the frieght to JCP  no shovels , I asked and in 10 yearsthey never unloaded shovels

That sounds like Jeffrey Mcdonalds description of the hippys that supposedly killed his wife and daughters.  The girl with glasses in the big floppy hat.  The guy who reported he saw Casey  looked kinda rough.  If he searches and finds something more power to him.
