Have you guys seen this video??????????? George admits Casey's involved in something sinister and then says Caylee's been spotted in 9 different locations? Wow - my head spins daily with all of this stuff.

I sure hope LE knows about his statement of Casey being involved with something. 

And just wanted to throw this out there too...its only my opinion.

Joser Baez works for Casey and he MUST do what Casey asks of him.  I'm certain the guy has told her to plea this out, show us the body and let's go with accident....but she refuses.  As long as his client refuses to admit anything he can NOT say differently.  His case is surely cut out for him...he has to find forensic experts to dispute the evidence.  That's about all he CAN do.  She leaves him no other option.

So while we all laugh at him, we should be laughing at Casey.

You know, I've given some thought to people getting behind when there is lots of stuff to wade through that isn't like hard news.

I know the mods have made lots of threads that are facts/reports only with no discussion, but some folks still have a hard time getting through everything that's in the main thread.

I was wondering if it would be helpful at all if we had some sort of icon for Off Topic that people could post at the top of any post that included things not directly case related. That way,the people who don't have a lot of time to catch up would know to scroll past those posts without pausing to check them out. At the same time, those who want to swap good mornings, etc. wouldn't get into trouble for doing that.

Just a thought (and maybe a bad one).

Today's Updates:  Casey Anthony's court dates set
10:35 a.m. Casey Anthony is scheduled to be arraigned in the first-degree murder case Oct. 28.

The arraignment will be held at 8:45 a.m. before Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland.

She has a pre-trial hearing scheduled Nov. 5 for the child neglect and check fraud cases. That also will be heard before Strickland.

Possible Prison Time
If Anthony is convicted of the multiple charges against her, she could be looking at major prison time.

Anthony could even face the death penalty for the first-degree murder charge.

She could also be sentenced to a maximum of 30 years for aggravated child abuse, another 30 years for aggravated manslaughter of a child, and five additional years for each of the four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

That does not include the charges of check fraud against Casey Anthony

  He says Casey is involved in something and they will have to work through that.  I guess it's another secret they're keeping to themselves.  I don't want George to take his life, I want him to tell what he really knows.  Then, he can have a better life and a reason to live.  Instead of hanging his head in shame and lying to himself, he needs to free himself.  I'm in a crabby mood today but if he does take his own life he better take Cindy with him.

If everything posted on here was so formal, I dont think you would get alot of members.  I dont see whats wrong with people saying hi or good morning and making jokes to lighten up the mood with such a horrible situation.  There are some really articulate and funny people on here that keeps me coming back.  I mean look at Klaas pictures and some of the other posts...they are hilarious!

I'm not complaining- I often "muse" myself.   Just noticed a lot more musings than usual, so I figured I might as well ffwd to the last page and hope I didn't miss anything major.  No biggie.    I'm not giving anybody a hard time.

Tomm - my theory remains the same ~ Casey hated her mother more than she loved her daughter and after the "choking" fight killed Caylee on the night of the 15th.

I think this is a strangulation. When someone is in a RAGE - THEY ARE HANDS ON.

I do not think she drugged Caylee with chloroform to cause her death, but something is preventing her from disclosing the location of the body. That could be the chloroform itself will be found in / on her remains, or more likely in my opinion - a broken Hyoid bone in her (Caylee's) neck.

Rob, this theory is particularly fitting if Cindy choked Casey during their fight on the 15th. I can see this happening. But what do you make of the chloroform? It has always stuck out like a sore thumb in my mind. A red herring? Part of a kidnapping story gone awry?

The chloroform being discovered in the area of the yard where the cadaver dogs hit, tells me that Casey or her accomplice, most likely Casey, poured the liquid chloroform in that area TO MASK THE SMELL - JUST LIKE THE CAR.

The chloroform was used to mask and not kill in my opinion - and - your thoughts?

I cannot remember which boyfriend/lover/booty call boy was describing Casey's temper as "horrible".

Hey guys...ever since I got out of the ER, I have been really sick.....all of my electrolytes are outta whack, and I feel like Casey looks..like chit..... ::MonkeyTongue::I have been sleeping mostly...and been at the doc's office for more blood work.....

A wee bit better today though...
