I have been busy with other cases today...while searching for someone else I came upon this and I cannot remember if I posted it or someone else may have posted it before.
Anyway.... A body was found in Lake County on 9/14/08 Mt. Dora is in Lake County.

There are NO OTHER DETAILS listed, which is quite interesting. It has been a month...they should know more by now and have more posted.

I'm pretty sure that is the case of the partial remains found near Ocala.  A young adult.

They still don't have all details - maybe that's why the report hasn't been updated.

I really feel she is the ficticious Nanny or the person that Casey had babysit for Caylee when she needed it (If true- that's a scary thought). If Cindy knew her and didn't like her- Casey would not be able to use her real name and hence the Zani. Plus- I don't think Annie & her roomate crossed paths with Casey's other friends- or maybe they did and I don't know that.

I originally thought this is where she pulled the kidnapping story out of her butt because Cindy had suggested it- but according to Lee- she does state to Lee "she was kidnapped" before her mother says "who took her?"

I still get flashbacks to the high profile defence  legal eagle attorneys who were referred to as TEAM RAMSEY and ... how they were able to intimindate the District Attorney/ Prosecutor.

Baez Staying As Casey Anthony's Attorney

ORLANDO --   Casey Anthony made her initial court appearance on charges that she murdered her missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Dressed in a blue jail jumpsuit, Casey only said one word during the appearance, by acknowledging Judge John Jordan with a "yes" when he called her name.

After that, he read all of the charges on the seven count indictment a grand jury handed up Tuesday and then ordered her held without bond.

As for those charges, Casey is facing one count of first-degree murder, one count each of aggravated child abuse and manslaughter, and four counts of lying to investigators.
Baez Staying On As Casey's Lawyer, Had No Comment Following Appearance

Casey's lawyer Jose Baez was by his client’s side for her court appearance.

However, Baez did not make any comment on the case when leaving.

On Tuesday, he said in a press conference we haven't heard the full story on the case, and accused State Attorney Lawson Lamar of possibly bringing the case to a grand jury in order to help him win re-election.
   
Casey's mother and father are also standing by their daughter. On Wednesday, George said that he still believes Caylee is alive.

Meanwhile, since Casey's murder indictment, questions have been raised as to whether Baez will remain her attorney in the case.

According to Todd Black, Baez's representative, Baez will remain on the case to represent Casey on the murder charge.

Black said right now the case has not been declared a capital murder trial, and said Baez has been preparing for this possible scenario, and has a team of attorneys, including one that can handle a capital murder case.

Casey Placed In Protective Custody

Casey is being held under level one protective custody at the Orange County Jail's Female Detention Center.
   
Under the protective custody umbrella, Casey will spend her days in a cell by herself without inmate contact.

Protective custody is normally used in high-profile cases.

While in jail, Casey will be allowed out of her cell for one hour per day to take a shower, sit in the dayroom and make phone calls.
   
Additional time out of the cell can be granted at the discretion of the officers.
   
Attorney visits are allowed anytime.

CASEY SPENDS SEVERAL HOURS AT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

Casey Anthony was at her lawyer's office in Osceola County on Tuesday afternoon until around 3:00pm, enjoying her last few hours of the limited freedom she had.

Casey and her mother, Cindy, left their east Orange County home Tuesday morning. She arrived at the office of her lawyer, Jose Baez around 11:00am.

Cindy dropped Casey off at Baez's office around 10:45am. Cindy left and then returned with paperwork, but neither said a word to reporters.

Casey appeared to be dressed more formally than normal, in pin-stripped slacks and a button-down shirt.

Attorney Baez does not meet the usual criteria for a lead council on a capital murder case, but there is a new attorney on the case, too, Jonathan Kasen out of south Florida. He could become the lead.

In the end, Casey can insist that Baez represent her. She just has to be told before the court that he's unqualified.

Yet, Larry, when I turn around, and just as a working stiff, try to use that same First Amendment, here comes team Ramsey, ready to roll.

KING: Why weren't they indicted in your opinion?

THOMAS: Probable cause was never an issue in this case. And as a police officer and a detective for 13 years, I had never been involved in a case in which we didn't arrest on probable cause. But this high-profile case, where there were sufficient facts and circumstances to articulate in an affidavit, an arrest warrant didn't happen, and then it got to a grand jury. which has that same threshold of probable cause, but I think Alex Hunter chose not to move forward with it because this -- in this day and age, this "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard is almost unattainable.

KING: In a case like this maybe unattainable, right?

THOMAS: Particularly with wealthy defendants.

I have honestly never heard of them before their involvement with the A's.

The guy that runs it is a multi-millionaire dude.

Kind of hinky to me - but who knows?
