Casey will always be looking for the advantage for herself.  If she sees no advantage in talking, then she won't.  I think it's way too early in the legal process for her to see an advantage in telling what she knows.  Sometimes I wonder if she ever will because she does live in that fantasy land of her imagination.  That gives her false hope even when none exists.

it's hard to believe that Casey has pled not guilty on 20 + charges against her...even though some of those charges are on video and, in her own handwriting... amazing.....

OK, just to clarify I sleep at least 6 hours usually 7 hours a night.  I don't play with little monkeys, my son is grown and no grandkids.  I play online games like spades for relaxation or play around in photobucket and image ready, lolol    I am a true computer geek.

I don't know if he calls LP, but I would doubt it.  Dante said that Lee's staying away on purpose and that he's just had enough of it.

i would doubt it~but LP answers his own phone and is very easy to talk with (aka-squeeze him for info) . Just give him a call, I've done it 3 times

Been reading back posts until my eyes are liquid.  Someone mentioned that Lee was served a search warrant for his DNA.  I'm hoping that's done!   Lots of collective insight on this site.  Goodnight ya'll & sweet dreams

Ugh - the dog woke me up to go potty and now she is asleep and I can't sleep!  LOL  I have a question.  Can Cindy's psychiatrist/counselor be questioned at all?  I know there is Dr./ patient confidentiality but in a murder case?  I'd love to know what all Cindy told her/him.  Second, did we ever find out what Baez wrote on the paper in front of Casey at the speedy trial?  I thought that was rude of him in a way.  The other thing is this new witness.  He was adament.  Wasn't there a lady that saw someone come out of the woods also?  Couldn't they take her and see if the places match up?  When I saw him walk over the tire path and water - I thought of Casey wearing boots.  These things sure bother me - how the heck does Casey sleep?!

Did anyone ever figure out if Tone ever talked to her after she got arrested???

He said the last time he talked to her was when Cindy and Amy came and got her from his apt.

When his roomate Nate, i think (he had his identity hid on earlier shows but showed his face this time) was on Nancy Grace about 2 weeks ago.Ok she asked him did Tone talk to Casey after she was arrested, he said yes once right after she was arrested.

This prolly means nothing, but did he lie?Did his roomy lie?
Why is one of them lying about it?

Per Tony, he hasn't spoken to Casey since her initial arrest.  There is a TonyL thread where he has answered questions.

Well, to be technical, Cindy and Amy came and got Casey at Tony's apartment on July 15.

Tony did tell LE in his interview on July 16 that he talked to her on July 16 in the morning.
