I agree with you Cubbee 1000%.  Love her or hate her she has kept "Cale - Lee" in the spotlight on all of her news casts.

I'm reposting this from late last night, is LE allowed to subpoena the records from Cindy seeing the doctor that diagnosed Casey as a sociopath? Under the circumstances it would reveal some past behavior of Casey's. Even with the doctor/patient confidentiality rules, are there special allowances? Like Murder1!! Cindy would fight it tooth and nail as it would expose her further for using bad judgement trusting Caylee with Casey.I am so curious what would be in those files. 

In a criminal case, confidential files can be subpoenaed by the court.  The entire file would not be handed over, just the pertinent parts related to the case would be disclosed, and only that which has been actually been 'written down'. 

This is why many therapists in private practice do not keep notes or records, because that way nothing can be subpoenaed if ever the need should arise.  In this situation, many therapists will risk being in contempt of court before sharing what they 'know' about their client, in the event they didn't write it down.  (A therapist in a clinic setting is required by insurance companys to keep written records.  Most of these therapists only write down the least amount of info necessary). 

And yep, I agree, Cindy would likely fight tooth and nail to keep whatever is written down, out of the court.

Grandfather of Vegas Boy Kidnapped by Police Impostors Arrested
Saturday, October 18, 2008

An alleged Mexican drug lord and grandfather of a kidnapped 6-year-old boy was arrested late Friday in California, a senior law enforcement official confirmed to FOX News.

Investigators said Clemons Fred Tinnemeyer, 51, a "person of interest" in the abduction of 6-year-old Cole Puffinburger, was captured by federal agents near Riverside based on tips about his whereabouts.

I had to stay out of the cage for awhile after the murder charge went down.  I felt so drained from all this unbelievable information being released.  That said, I honestly don't believe the guy who has come forward all of a sudden with the Casey in the hat and sunglasses.  Their car never stopped.  Too much detailing of what he says went on from just a passing glance.  I have a hard time buying the story.

 All this stuff about Casey caught on tape having orgies while Caylee was nearby.  I refuse to believe that anyone would not speak up about it.  Casey may be a piece of work, but what are the chances that nobody, but nobody, ever said anything about it.  I still think that if Caylee was given zanax on a regular basis, Cindy the nurse, would have picked up some physical side effects. It is a depressant and I would think she would be drowsy the next day, sleeping late, off balance, not as alert.

I wonder also if a lot of this "new stuff" we are hearing about is the result of people becoming over obsessed for new details.  There are people out there who could just be spreading rumors and getting some kind of thrill out of it.

I don't know, just musing.

Especially if there is drugs involved, not a if, it is definate that drugs were involved at the orgies and it would effect their families and employment if that should hit the airwaves. I'd be sweating bullets about now!

I don't take too seriously any "sightings" that come late in a case, especially if the person waits a while to report them.  Whether they are "seeing" Caylee or recall seeing Casey, you have to question their motives, given all the publicity.
