I also think that if they have likely sites that TES needs to clear but couldn't due to water, these sites should be taped off and guarded.  At least, I think they should.  Anyone know?

That was my guess, too, Klaas.  It would be wonderful if they found evidence of Caylee, but I also worry that they know search procedures and won't destroy evidence.  Isn't that why Tim is waiting a few more weeks?  So evidence won't be destroyed?

I wish someone would research this guy and find out if he's credible.  I just have a feeling about this one after I saw him on TV.

I'm wondering how he was able to see all he did - when he said they just "slowed down" driver wouldn't stop.  He seen her walking out of the woods - well dressed man - and her hitting her head on the trunk - that seems like a lot for a short period of time.  JMO

Do you feel a bit of a letdown now that KC is in jail and charges filed?  I don't know what I expected, but I think I felt we would know more of the evidence by now than we do.  It appears we need to wait for the trial.

Now, that's not a surprise.  I think he's scared.  Very scared.

AZLady - I do think we'll be hearing more evidence soon.  I believe her hearing on the Negligence charges is 10/28 so we should hear something by then.  I was really hoping she'd finally give up and tell what she did with Caylee.

Yes, I felt a bunch of different emotions, some that I didn't expect at all.  I don't think Casey will tell where she put Caylee.  At this point, what good would it do her?

Lee is a difficult one to read.  He's stayed so low profile that we don't know as much about him as George and Cindy.
