Jon Pomeroy, her father did nothing to help her for 3 years as she was only allowed 1 dixie cup of water a day.

Thanks Cat!  I am just brining it over.   Very interesting.  But yes, how valid?   Her explanation of who gave the info sounds like a good source.  But who knows...

They have photos that show casey & Friends (note the plural ) in the act of having sex, with Caylee in the room, there are photos that show Caylee on a sofa in the room, while several others in the room were engaged in varied sex acts.

The evidence shows that when ever casey could not find a setter she regularly dosed her with Xanax.

Caylee appears to be drugged, they have eye witness testimony that casey often drugged Caylee so she could take part in group sex at what was described as “wild sex orgies”

I was told they have “Damning evidence” found in the back yard, the car trunk, and from items taken from the trunk, photo evidence, eye witness accounts, (backed up by lie detector test given, of course these can not be used in court)
and there can be “NO rationalization or vindication on caseys part as to what happened to Caylee”

In answer to RS’s statement, yes I was trying to be sensitive, I did not get nearly as descriptive as was laid out to me.

Now addressing the bag taken from the trunk by George at the tow yard.

It was gathered by Orange County Detectives that night after they were alerted to the smell in the car.

On the inside of the plastic bag was stale pizza, and arm & hammer.

On the outside there was, insect infestation, & body evidence.

Other items taken from the trunk as well had body evidence.

RS was also right about the charge aggravated neglect staying on the table, I posted on my blog how it is different than a charge of neglect or abuse.

As to where this info came from, I believe I explained early on that because I am in the process of laying out the outline of this case to do a book I would be contacting people involved with the case, this is what I have been doing.

This info came from someone working the case as an investigator he is retired FBI working with a private entity, because a private entity is not bound by the same limitations as LE, he was able to do things state agency’s would be bound by law to avoid. he is credible and still held in high regard by LE.

The photos are very explicit and prove a time line of these activities dating an extended time period before Caylee’s disappearance.

Why didnt Casey leave Caylee with her Mom to babysit...or was Cindy a b&$@h and if Casey was going out with friends wouldnt watch her?  I cant believe how many truly evil people live in this world.

Casey Anthony Pleads Not Guilty As Search Teams Plan Return

EquuSearch founder and director Tim Miller said Friday he plans to come back in early November to map out locations for the search with detectives from the Orange County Sheriff's Office. They will prioritize locations and it's possible they will re-search some areas. But, still, they are going on educated guesses, because they say only Casey knows where she left Caylee's body.

I'm not suprised but I do hope it is a hoax...

I am not surprised either. THere had been a rumor swirling around that there was a sex tape showing KC. Also, I have always believed the nanny = xanax. There is a text that Annie can get xanax. As for the chloroform, it has been said it is used for sexual enhancement. Some friends stated Caylee was at several parties and they told KC it was inappropriate. Couple this with the no close party, white party, pics of her dancing with a chick at Fusion.  I think there is some validity to the post.
