I've heard that too. They like their food to be fresh. With the amount of days that she was likely to be decomposing, I highly doubt an alligator would have been interested.

New details have emerged in the case of missing Caylee Anthony - The family has now hired a 'psychic detective', Gale St. John, in hopes of finding Caylee.

I was so focused on this pick up truck that I didn't really look at Lee's house.  All I could think about was the BB interview.  I'm going to have to read it again.  IIRC there was someone with her on that day?

Lee has dark hair.

That's true, was just thinking he would recognize LA, but you know what maybe he wouldn't, don't remember how many years he's lived there or if it was even disclosed in my head I think it may be four years but then again that could be just a pipe dream.  Will try to look at BB statement.

I could be wrong about this, but I think prosecutors often file both murder and manslaughter charges so that a jury can have a choice.  In other words, if the jury is reluctant to find for murder, they still have manslaughter as an option.  If only murder is charged and the jury cannot bring themselves to find for murder, they have no option but to acquit.  Filing both charges gives them a chance to find for a lesser crime and thus a lesser sentence than life in prison or the death penalty.  Someone correct me if I am wrong.

That ridiculous.  That lady was out with her supposed cadaver dogs looking for a dead Caylee.  Isnt that why the Anthonys are so mad at Tim is because hes lookign for a dead Caylee.  This lady is out for a buck.  I hope she takes the Anthonys for alot of money, they deserve it.

HELLO...Thankyou for wellcoming me here.  I  love your cattle dog, His names not Bluey by any chance is it.. Its just that here in Australia Nearly everone who owns a Blue Healer (cattle dog ) names them Bluey..I  have been ready up on this this case of the missing little girl Caylee Marie Anthony. i just cant get my head around the fact that a mother could do this to her child.  ::MonkeyNoNo::The question is Why.....

In BB's second statement he has known KC almost three years so depending on LA's visits he may not know him, we will find out, I am sure of that just don't know whent that will be unfortunately.

I believe you are correct Hudsunn, but I also think that if they did not file the additional manslaughter charges, the jury could ask the judge if they could convict on a lesser charge.  I could be wrong too.

You are right didn't think about them being neighbors, but the Brian neighbor only lived there for about three years.
