Morning all!!

I am still looking for that picture I remember seeing of Caylee sleeping on the couch at a party. According to Amy Huizenga's testimony, Casey brought Caylee to the "anything but clothes" party. Where ever it was that the picture was posted, people were commenting on how Caylee was able to sleep through a party like that. If that picture is still findable, I'm determined to find it!

Meet the new addition to Casey Anthony's defense team.  He has an IQ that surpasses Baez and unlike Baez he actually past the BAR exam after the 10th time taking it. 

This case has taken some interesting turns, hopefully with this latest addition the defense will finally be able to "sniff out" the difference between the truth and their own bums.

This new attorney is credited with also biting Mr. Black.

I'm about 10 pages behind here, but I have a question (possibly already answered, but I have to take my son to school in a minute)...  the picture of the two people kissing. Is this a stock photo?  If this were really a picture of Casey's friends- or sex buddies - why isn't the news station blocking out faces? Anybody who knows these people, or who were there and remembers this picture being taken, I would assume would automatically recognize them.  Not to mention, they'd sure as heck recognize the tats. If neither of these people are Casey, and they're being splashed on tv at a sex party, they're gonna be pi$$ed.

You know, if you run around nakid ........ You will get EXPOSURE....just by the very nature of your actions!!!!!!

LE is supposed to have sex party pics or video. Could these have been posted online somewhere at one time or just in someone's possession & given to LE?

This is the only other "scetchy" photo I have found with Lake Vaj association and Casey association

It has been rumored that sexually explicit orgy photos are in the hands of LE and possibly some of them posted on the web somewhere.

Thats the party. I dont remember casey in the pic but the baby was on the left side of the pic on the couch. I remembered it because it blew me away that she had her there and that the baby slept thru all the noise. That was when i finally believed she was drugging the baby

I get what you mean AM.  This is another reason I think that the photo is not from the Casey Anthony Friends Group.  If it is/was Casey I would have expected that they would blurr out atleast the man's face.  IMO

With many of the friends in these photographs (such as at the "anything but clothes" party, or whatever it was called), at first they didn't blur anything out.. at least Fox and NG didn't.  Then perhaps because they realized it wasn't a good idea, they did blur out people who are not Casey, and who are probably not even connected to the case. 

I'm guessing this picture- being in Casey's photobucket account- is a "stock" type photo, or are of people she doesn't even know.. she probably found it online somewhere, thought it looked cool for whatever reason, and saved it.  I'm not sure why that photo would have been shown on the news.. except as somebody else pointed out, to hype up the story. The media doesn't have any of these sex party pictures, I don't believe?  So they grab something "titillating" from the photobucket account to use as a teaser of things to come.

thank goodness I never wanted to live in FL...I would have turned out to be a hermit living in a high rise   LOL

We have those too!  Highrise on the beach, Pent-house goes for a few mill, the lower level condo's start in the mid 500's.  That way you can look down on the ocean and see the sharks 
Florida is not that bad, you just have to understand that nature is around you.

I'll  take the penthouse....   actually I prefer Sanibel/Captiva...my cousin has rented a beach cottage for 7 weeks in late Jan/Feb...and I will be spending a week or so with them...I love the ocean and respect her and all her inhabitants....I am really not a high rise kinda gal. After living in the Caribbean for 10 years...I love the sand and the sea....just skeered of alligators and snakes........sorry for the O/T

Then I probably should not mention that the Florida Alligator as come accustom to the salt water and is capable of bearing it in order to travel from place to place.  Though not common to see them on the beaches, it does happen.  I am just saying this to let you know that even given all of that, the rate of attacks are extremely low.  I believe it was like 8 or 9 from 2000 to present, and that was from ALL over.

No, Caylee wasn't in any of the "anything but clothes" party that I have seen.

That was my thoughts too Klaas.  If the photo's were online they would be within his MySpace profile, which has been set to private.

Breaking news:
I have just recieved a notice from the offices of Lawson Lamar, State Attorney, Ninth Judical Circut of Florida.

The state has filed a Nole Prosequi which means that they are NOT going to persue Child Neglect charges against Casey Anthony. The State Attorney's office has also stated that they will be making no further comments in regards to The State of Florida vs Casey Anthony in order to avoid a petition of change of venue. The State Attorney's office wishes to try the case in Orange County, Fl.

Untill legal discovery is desclosed to the Defense, there will be no public records.

News, it doesn't matter to me if you have one post, or 5 million posts.  You're a fellow monkey and you have valid opinions, great ideas, lots of helpful information, and more!

 I may have incorrectly assumed you were missing the point. I did agree with you that everything you said was true.  I was just trying to make a point about the local news showing faces of people who 1.) we don't even know, 2.) may not have wanted their picture in Casey's hands, 3.) didn't necessarily take it for the sake of being on WFTV in connection to a murder investigation...  That's the point I was trying to make. I'm sorry if I made you feel badly.
