Ok-just had a thought...didn't Casey have a seizure in Jan?  Going to the emergency room had to rack up a bill.   Wouldn't they be sending to parents home address?  With not working-how was bill paid?  I don't believe parents could have had Casey on their ins without her providing proof that Casey was in school full-time.

I'm sure it came in Casey's name.  I doubt if they opened her mail.
Yeah, but how WAS it paid?

Remember, CA paid for everything!!

From reading the text messages,it does sound to me like she had some type of job.In the text messages, someone was texting asking others(and Casey?)about their availibility, telling them what to wear, telling them when to show up.I have no idea but it sounds like one main person directing the others on where the"job"is at any given time.

Great Catch!!!

IIRC, that info was not in a text message but in an e-mail that Casey supposedly FAKED to make it look like she worked at Universal. Very elaborate lie.

just clarifying by showing the notorious faked e-mail from here http://www.orlandosentinel.com/media/acrobat/2008-08/41844520.pdf pg 299
how do you make a fake email like that?

Pretty simple she just typed it all in her e-mail acct and forwarded to herself. Not hard to make it appear like an e-mail but not hard for LE to figure out it was a fake either.

Casey,
So, you are in jail. How were the turkey dog and beans you had for lunch yesterday? I hope it made you bloated.
Sincerely,
Mr. Imaginary Boss

The mom of Quatisha Maycock was a single mom...22 years old.  Quatisha Maycock's nickname was Candy.

I was gone for a while but I'm reading all this now.  Very interresting!

Monkeys....we know for a fact that KC had been searching various missing children sites.  What if she had been finding the name of a missing child, then following up on the case to see how the child "disappeared."  Maybe the key to finding just what she did with Caylee is by researching some of these missing children cases??? As for me...I'm finding a lot of interesting things from this case.  Maybe we should each research a case???

OK, That's a blunt in his belly button, right? RIGHT? That is exactly what it looks like to me. I wonder, when they smoked it, if everyone realized he had just uncorked it from his nasty bellybutton?
Yuck!  I sure hope he got a discount on his "Orlando" tatoo!  Not a very good "r" IMO!

uum, that is not in his belly button, the metal (ring??) is lower. Unless he has 2 belly buttons. A-hem.

It looks like it is on a key ring of some sort. My son has a key ring with a tiny wooden baseball on it, this looks similar to it. JMO  but would not be surprised at all if they were smoking blunts!

If you hop on the Florida Turnpike and head south, it wouldn't take too long for KC to reach the same area where this little girl was found.

Yeah, but how WAS it paid?

She could have been on Medicaid.

Isnt it illegal to drive for a certain amount of time after you have a siezure? (Im thinking a couple of years, but cant recall for sure).  I do not believe that Casey ever had a siezure - why on earth would GA and CA let her drive Caylee around not knowing when the next time she could seize would be.  I chalk it up to one of KCs attention getting stories.

If KC had Medicaid wouldnt she have to be actively searching for work? Isnt there a law that says you can only get state support for a certain amount of time, including medicaid. If you arent looking for work you do not qualify.  Then again if Caylee didnt have insurance, would GA and CA have questioned why their g-baby wasnt covered?  Better yet, why KC wasnt covered.

True.  I just think as a mom, I would have questioned why Casey had no ins if she was working full-time?

Guess who the ME was on the 5-year-old Quatisha Maycock case???

Later, after an autopsy and review of medical records, Broward Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper ruled Quatisha's death a homicide.

Her body, its location marked by an orange plastic buoy, was found on the south side of the canal that parallels the expressway near a tall stand of sawgrass.

Jenne said since prevailing winds had been from the east since Quatisha disappeared, it was likely the child's body had drifted to the place where it was discovered from a paved recreation area on the south side of I-75, 11/2 miles to the east.

That ME's name sounds real familar.....
Anna Nicole case.
Thank you all for jogging my memory.

You could be right.  I'm sure Casey wasn't looking for missing children.  More like trying to get rid of her own child.

My daughter's friend had a seizure and the Dr ordered her not to drive for 6 months.  This was to see if she had another one.  Never did so parents allowed her to drive again.  Casey probably never told her parents what dr said.

Caylee would have had medicaid even if KC did not.
