We have heard it said that the Anthony's are hiding something which is why they are standing so strong in her defense.I find it odd that they are not at least putting alittle money up for her to buy some candy or soda's.Are they not afraid or have they heard maybe what the defense has in store for them? There is no telling what Casey has told the lawyers about her family.I just find it odd that Cindy is not doing something for her...

I think that is Cindys way of punishing Casey, that along with not visiting her.

I am really surprised about her family not visiting.  I'm wondering if she told them not to bother trying.

I bet George or Cindy will be at the jail any minute to put money into her account.  They know their conversations are recorded and they can't keep their mouths shut-is probly the reason they haven't been there!

QUESTION:  Do we know for certain that Casey had two flat tires at once or is that possibly just another one of her tall tales like George having a stroke or being at the hospital with Zanny who had a concussion and a laceration behind one ear?

I ask because most of her lies are exaggerated ones.  It would suit her to say she had not just one flat tire like any old person but two at the same time.

I also wonder because George has bragged about taking very good care of the cars, and I doubt he would let her ride around in a vehicle with threadbare tires.

If she really did have two flat tires at the same time, I am sure LE is wondering where she drove and if it might have caused the tires to go flat....maybe a junkyard or an old road with a lot of broken beer bottles on it.

Does anyone know what was up with all of the computer searches that KC did for escort services??? I remember seeing this as soon as the computer info was released.  Think she was looking for work or that she was already employed???

What do yall think about the fact that no one has seen her, she's made no calls..nothing..nada..DO you think thay are turning their backs on her? Looks like if they were so sure of her innocence, they would be seeing her daily..comforting her, etc etc....

I think its more of Casey turning her back on the family.  She thinks its there fault shes there in the first place.  And she did this before when she was mad the last time she was in jail.  She cancelled visits with the whole family.  I hope Tater is right and Cindy has finally had it and said fess up or rot in jail alone but I dont see it.

Kat, I think you're right.  Although I wish it were because they laid down the law with her, I think it's more of the spiteful Casey in action.

BEHIND BARS: A Day In The Life Of Casey Anthony

http://www.wftv.com/news/17764362/detail.html

Casey can have photographs on her shelf if she wants, but Eyewitness News was told there are no photographs, not even of Caylee.
The family she's stolen from has never put any money in her jail account, so she can't buy things like candy and diet sodas.

No one in her family has asked to visit her. She's made no phone calls.

All I can say is.....she is getting what she deserves.....all the donations and no money in her jail account....what love!!

ACCESS TO FBI LAB TESTS MAY BE DENIED

It looks like one of the court requests made by Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, won't do any good.

A judge told Baez he could have access to view some of the forensic testing in the case. But there's a problem. The FBI is conducting the testing in their labs and the judge has no jurisdiction over the federal agency.

The FBI won't likely allow Casey's defense team into its labs.

<snipped>

I cannot comprehend why paternity of Casey has been a topic of discussion on the Caylee Marie forum time and time again ... if the defence has not had access to the forensic testing results and ... Lee Anthony had not given his DNA ... until forced ... a couple of weeks agao.

Casey Anthony's Father To Testify Against Her In Front Of Grand Jury

George and Cindy Anthony voluntarily gave up DNA samples this week so investigators could scientifically exclude either of them as the source of the hair and stain in Casey's trunk, but investigators had to get a search warrant to get Casey's brother Lee to submit to a DNA test. He also has refused to take a lie detector test for the FBI.

Does anyone know why Crimeline is only accepting tips of Caylee sightings by phone?  I have a friend that's very intuitive and has been having lots of dreams that vividly describe a location. I finally convinced her to call Crimeline but they told her they're only taking info on actual Caylee sightings.  So...had her call Tim Miller.  They took her call and welcomed any and all information.

It will be nice when the elections are over and Greta can do some segments on this case.  She really seems to be very good at asking the right questions.  Looking forward to that!!

I agree.  And Greta does answer her emails, personally!

Forgot to add.
William W. Seems like he was tottally into Casey.
I swore i read a text from him to Amy saying he would do anything for Casey.

Call me mean but im sorry W.W. was not the type of guy she usueally dated. Im sure she gave him attention and flirted, and that sent him thru the moon. She knew she could use him. This is just my opinion from his text.
I really think he thought if he didnt whatever she wanted , he might have a chance with her, even tho she was out of his league. (looks wise).
So really i have no idea if WW is involved, but i think he could be.

I think he is or was really into her.Im sure she could have talked him into something.

Perhaps she was

BEHIND BARS: A Day In The Life Of Casey Anthony

POSTED: 4:30 pm EDT October 20, 2008
UPDATED: 4:51 pm EDT October 20, 2008

Casey Anthony is broke and lonely. Eyewitness News is taking a look inside the Orange County jail at a day in the life of Casey.

It seems even Casey's solitude won't get her to talk about her daughter Caylee. Besides a few lawyers, Casey hasn't had a single visitor.

Casey is in the Female Detention Center building along John Young Parkway near I-4. She's in a first floor cell and it's a stark existence that she might have to get used to for a long time.

Casey Anthony, high-spirited party girl, is now one of the loneliest women in Central Florida. Accused of murdering her daughter to free herself of maternal encumbrances, she now finds herself not only childless but friendless.

Casey can see out through a glass wall, but everyone else can see in.

"There is no privacy in jail," jail spokesman Allen Moore told Eyewitness News.

Casey's alone about 20 hours a day in her cell. She eats alone there. Monday it was cornflakes for breakfast, turkey hotdogs and beans for lunch, Salisbury steak and gravy and potatoes for dinner. She does get dessert three times a day if she wants.

"She reads, she sleeps," Moore said.

Casey visited her attorney six hours a day while she was out of jail on home confinement. Now she's seen her lawyers a total of only six hours in the last week since her indictment on first-degree murder.

BUSINESS JOINING SEARCH FOR CAYLEE

Even some business leaders are getting involved in the search for Caylee's body. Top management at Manheim Auto Auction in Orange County say they'll help an employee search in the woods off Boggy Creek Road near Orlando International Airport.

An employee named Paul Kovach called Eyewitness News last week saying he saw a woman who looked like Casey Anthony leave the woods with a shovel back in June.

Manheim and WFTV are owned by the same company.

Boy, the first part of this article is really telling! Hooray on the tests & the search!!

I hope they send all further testing to the FBI!~ Take that JoseWeebleMan!

Good points are being raised.  IMO, and that is all it is, it seems that Cindy and Casey were just playing another game.  Cindy, I believe, enjoys being the martyr from time to time, as her online post about "My Caylee is Missing" clearly shows.  She thought that Casey was withholding Caylee to punish her after their big blowup.  Even though Cindy was worried and concerned, she never thought that Caylee was dead, at least, not in the beginning.  As the weeks unfolded, she thought that Casey was just being mean and spiteful and playing their little game, this time with Caylee away from the house.  I think it is so interesting that Casey tells her that Caylee is "with the sitter" and Cindy apparently never tries to locate the sitter.  If I were that worried about my granddaughter, and that anxious to see her, I would have stopped begging Casey and started looking for the sitter who supposedly kept Caylee every day.  But Cindy did not do that, as far as we know.  She could have gotten the police involved, perhaps, by saying that she feared for her granddaughter's safety and found both Casey and the sitter, if the sitter existed.

But Cindy did not get the police involved nor did she go to find the sitter.  She called Amy and went looking for Casey.  To me, this shows that she never believed the story about Casey working or Casey having a sitter named Zanny.  What would you have done in the same situation?  Just think about it...weeks are going by and you have not seen or talked to your granddaughter and your daughter keeps putting you off.  What are your options?  Do you just believe and accept everything the daughter tells you?  Or do you start to check on things?

 1.  You can call the place that your daughter supposedly works to make sure she is there every day.  Did Cindy do that?  Not as far as we know.  She could have found out quickly if Casey were employed and if she had beens sent on an assignment.

 2.  You can try to find the nanny who keeps the child.  If Cindy believed Casey was working, Caylee had to be with the nanny, at least part of the time.  I know that Casey claimed to be out of town, in Jacksonville, for a while with Jeff Hopkins.  She could have called Hopkins or his family to find out where they were staying, etc.  Did she do that?  Not as far as we know.

 3.  She could have phoned police to find out where her car was (after all the car was in her name or George's) and that would have led to Casey herself.  Or she could have told the police of her concerns and had them verify that Caylee was safe somewhere.  She did not do either of these things until it was too late.

 4.  Remember this is a woman who had expressed extreme concern about her granddaughter's welfare in a post online.  I do not think she expected Casey to kill or otherwise harm the child, but clearly she thought Casey might not be willing or able to provide a secure environment for Caylee.  Yet until she located Casey herself, she did not take any real action to find the child.

Maybe you and I would have done the same thing in that situation.  Maybe she was hoping for the best.  Maybe she thought the game would eventually be over and they would come home.

Cindy must feel tremendous guilt from time to time if she really thinks about the way events unfolded, and LP hit it the nail on the head when he said Casey wanted away from her mother.  Caylee was the link to her mother forever, in her mind, I am sure.  As long as Caylee existed, her mother would always be interfering in her life.  It is sad, but Cindy is the catalyst that caused this murder, I think, though she surely did not want to be.  It all just went too far.  Casey got backed into a corner and I think she lashed out at Caylee, who probably was begging to go home to see Grandma.

You make some very interesting observations here.  By the way, I always reading enjoy your posts and appreciate your insight.

BEHIND BARS: A Day In The Life Of Casey Anthony

http://www.wftv.com/news/17764362/detail.html

Thank you CuriousCat.

From the getgo I have contended if George, Cindy and Lee ... rather than abetting Casey as well as shielding her from the consequences of her action ... would have applied "tough love" to the situation ... Casey would have broken long ago.  George, Cindy and Lee are all Casey has got for support ... no other extended family member or friend has spoken out on her behalf.  She is hated by so many.

Maybe the the words of the following article imply that the Anthonys have wisen up.  I sure hope so.

Maybe reality has finally sunk in.  Their precious grandaughter is really gone ... the memories of what once was are too much to bear and ... George and Cindy are doing what they should have done at the getgo ... letting go of Casey and ... no longer shielding her from the consequences of her actions.  This new found reality may be the catalyst that will allow the truth concerning the happenings encompassing the death and disappearance of Caylee Marie to emergy.

Obviously ... if the article is reflecting the truth ... something has changed in the family dynamics.
