Now we have the terms "hate speech" and "swift-boated" (is that even a verb?) being tossed around.

Since Sen. John Kerry was shown to have told less than the truth by others in a similar situation, the term came to mean that he was lied about and that mean-spirited people were telling untruths about him during his campaign. Never mind whether what was being said was true.

Similarly, we now have the words "hate speech" being applied to anything negative coming to light about Barack Obama. Heaven forbid we actually learn something about the person most of the liberal press is characterizing as the Second Coming.

Yet we are told we shouldn't learn anything about his association with a former terrorist named Bill Ayers. We shouldn't learn anything about his connection to the organization known as ACORN, recently accused of voter registration fraud. We shouldn't learn anything about how he is connected to those who used to head Fannie Mae. We shouldn't learn that Obama received the third highest amount in contributions from Fannie Mae's political action committee, even though he's been a senator for only three years.

No--all of this is "hate speech." Instead of spending time calling the Republicans and telling them to stop with the "hate speech," why not invest some time looking into the charges? One just might learn something about this senator that proves he is unfit for this office.

Who is a friend of Obama?  Who has been with him for the past fifteen years?  What community organization did he work for?

What is the truth?  Why would someone asking for the truth, be labeled with "hate speech"?

It doesn't do any good to hate anyone,
they'll end up in your family anyway...
