These are just a few text messages Jesse sent Amy that I found odd, somewhat suspect:




I suppose there is more than one way to read each comment, but I just found them odd.

What is Jesse so adamant that Amy not tell anyone?  That is very strange.

I recall seeing those and thinking they were very suspicious, but after I read Amy's texts that were corresponding, they didn't seem that way at all.  As I recall, Jesse didn't want anyone like the press, friends, etc knowing about the squirrel texts between KC and Amy - and that the information would help LE.  If it wasn't so late, I'd look it up, but I don't think I have it in me tonight.  Does anyone else recall this?

O/T.. bad news here, just venting...

We're reeling with shock here in town. My youngest son's fiance (Meg) works as a student nurse, and her friend/fellow student/coworker (Felicia, aged 19) walked off their double shift late Sat night/early Sun morning, then killed herself in her car. No known reason yet. She had two little kids, ages 3 and 1, lived with their daddy, seemingly had everything going for her. Felicia and Meg have been in school and working together from the start, no one knows why Felicia did what she did. Makes sense to none of us, least of all her loved ones. She would have been 20 this coming Fri, and instead of her birthday party, they will be having her funeral. It's soooo very sad. So if I'm a bit quieter than usual, this is why, still processing it all. Hug your loved ones. Tell em you love em.  Life doesn't promise another chance. Thanks for listening.

Casey is one of the most prolific liars in my memory other than JVDS. She actually gets to Universal to show them her office, is walking down the hall. That beats all I have seen.

I don't know what time she took them there, but if it was after hours maybe she thought she could just point out an office to them and say...oh, that's my office.  I think she was used to lieing to her parents and them believing her bogus stories.  She probably thought everyone was as gullible.

I think someone helped Casey move and/or dispose of the body.  The logical suspects are Lee, Tony, or Jesse. 

I think Tony can be eliminated; he didn't love her; that leaves Lee and Jesse.

He didn't love Caylee either. Lee or Jesse I think did. Therefore I do not think Tony can be eliminated. JMO

Tony is innocent of any wrong doing other than meeting Casey!!  IMO

Mytime, I tend to agree as he knew Casey for a short length of time.  He did cooperate with the LE and has kept a low profile. 

I have heard this before NG.  But I believe Tony's apt was a "typical" college guys apartment.  Probably some drinking and a little pot smoking, and they didn't feel comfortable having Caylee there all the time.  Not being jerks, more like having more common sense than Casey.  I believe this is the reason she killed her!  I am sure Tony is racked with guilt!!  But i don't think it was fault or he had any involvement at all!!  I would bet my husband on his innocence!

I just went through all 151 pages of cell activity, there was only 2 calls placed to JCPenney's credit line - June 27th @ 11:09 am -was in the area of JCP at 11:30 (but only for a few minutes) & 2:11 pm - was in the area of JCP on Colonial from 2:30 - 3:03pm.  Here is a map with all the info of phone calls and areas she was at for the 27th.........

I think there are reasons to be a little suspicious of everyone in this case.  Yet so far all the evidence points only to Casey.  Some may be protecting her, some may be protecting themselves.

So, from the cell calls, it appears Casey was with Tony on June 15 from 9:15 AM to 4 PM.  She was at home that night from about 7:30 until the next morning.  That's the night of the fight between Cindy and Casey.  Then starting at 11:47 AM on the 16th, she talked to Tony several times, texted Jesse, talked to Amy for an hour and then Jesse for 19 min.

I thought the theory was that Caylee died sometime on the 16th.  The "flurry" of calls occurs the afternoon of the 16th.  Is this still the predominant theory?

Some think the flurry was just to check on everyones location so she could do her deed in private.

I agree.  I don't see a "flurry" of calls, either.  After the fight of the day before, I think the calls she made to Cindy's cell and George's are tracking calls, to see where they are, not to talk to them.
