IMO it's not a passport ... you can apply for a passport but that takes days ... sometimes even weeks ... it's not something you can walk in and walk out with ...

The government asks that you allow them up to 3 months for processing.  You have to provide your own photo though from an authorized photo processor.  Their is paperwork and documentation that has to be submitted from the photographer along with the photo.  I know this due to my trips to Milan.

Do all the JCP sell the exact same things? Could the Penny's that she went to sell some different things than they do in Michigan?

With the camouflage items she could hide her in plain sight if it was an out of the way place in the woods. If she put the wrapped body inside something else like a dead tree lying on the ground, it would be harder for someone walking by to stumble upon it.
I would say yes. The only difference is that might sell "Michigan" sweatshirts  in Michigan and "Florida" sweatshirts in Florida.

Exactly which is why I think we all could be over thinking much of our theories.  We are giving her too much credit.

That's funny I was thinking yesterday, how much better off we'd all be if we just had all the evidence - because without all the facts, our minds tend to run amok and I think sometimes we make up little bits here and there to glue it all together.   It's just human nature.

This is a link to Tiffany Sessions, a case I have followed for almost 20 years. she has been missing since Feb 1989.

http://www.sptimes.com/2005/07/16/Floridian/Waiting_for_Tiff.shtml

My theory here was always alligator swamp. Sorry to say.
Oh my.  How very tragic.  I was just a child during that time, how blissfully unaware I was of the world...

Dolce, I have met some really terrific people over the last few years. I have a friend, Mary X, that goes to online morgues and finds unidentified body and compares those bodies and what they were wearing and piercings (etc) to known unknowns.

Last year she found a case where a head was found in a can of paint (a very old can of paint). She got the head DNA tested against Tiffany's DNA, and I don't think it turned out to be her.

But she has found the identities of several missing people in states no one thought to look.
That is very awesome!  The can of paint incident is disturbing though.  I will never understand the sick-o's in this world.
I have visited your website, you and Carpe do great things.  A voice to those who no longer have one.
I believe that everyone will get what is coming to them in the end, but I am thankful to all of those that help karma out along the way.
Hi, Dolce---sorry to be an ignoramus here---but what is your Website if I may ask?  I've been a full-fledged Monkey since 2005 and I wasn't aware you had one. (duh)    Please advise soonest!

Thanks, A New Girl- Gail from Boston
Oh I do not have a website, my hubs has his company website, but I was speaking about Rob's website.  Just click on the little green globe under his avitar.  It goes to his site.  Its very interesting, sad, and amazing that he is so involved in missing persons cases.  A lot of good detail and information.  I could read it all day.
    Great, Thanks Dolce!

Alright this has been bugging me for quite some time.

George in one of his earlier interviews comes out saying that Casey told him during his visit to her in jail "She is close Dad"

George does not go on to say "I asked my daughter what she means about that..how does she know..what does she mean by close..I need to find Caylee, is Zenaida close too?"  Rather he got all teary eyed and said "She said she was close"

He is retired LE, why not follow that smoke signal George?

I took my own photo according to specs ... signed application in front of the postmaster at the post office and they sent it off and I had it back in 3 weeks or so .... (it was not rush service)

I think JCP would take the photo ... but not do the rest ....

My passport took about 6 weeks but that was 5 years ago before the rules changed.  I know last year it was taking people a long time to get theres.

Wow that is different than my experience and I had my photo's taken at CVS.  I also had to provide proof that I was current on all vaccinations.

I suppose she could have left the car at AMSCOT, called Tony, had him take her home, then later borrowed his Jeep, gone back to AMSCOT, where the car with the body still in it was parked, gone somewhere in her car, gotten rid of the body, gone back to AMSCOT, left it there, gone home in Tony's Jeep.  Pretty busy day.

Let's brainstorm incriminating things she could have purchased at J.C. Penny.

Shovel
Flashlight
Large quantities of bleach
Duffel bag or suitcase with wheels
Wheel barrow

Maybe childrens comforter or bedding to wrap her in for her final resting ... before she placed her in the trash bag and in an dumpster?
Hmnnnnnnnn...other possible incriminating things CA could have purchased @ JC Penney's:

* Luggage---DEFINETLY high on the list!
* Trash bins or storage containers
* ROPE/PLASTIC BAGS
* Hate to say this but---tools to dismember a body.  JCP does sell hardware and tools.
* SHEETS/LINENS to wrap a body
* DISINFECTANTS/CHEMICALS TO RID OF DECOMPOSITION SMELL
* Power Washer !  For trunk cleaning.

that's it for now.  Or maybe- that infamous Straw Hat that the witness saw her in or those RED sunglasses which now would be incriminating evidence if his eyewitness statement is true.

* A GPS or Police Radio?

That's it for now.  I am sure more brainstorming Monkeys can come up with more.

PR is a US territory...no passport needed as the same in the US virgin islands.
Exactly, so why would she have an active passport as LE stated to George that she did?
Maybe to go with her Marine when he was sent overseas to be stationed out of country?

Why would it have to be PR?
