Sorry I was just venting because I asked if it is possible for someone to shake a toddler and they would die.  I know it is possible to shake an infant and kill it.  Anyway, no one answered......

Hello All,

   Wonder if it's possible that Caylee's father is a prisioner and his DNA is on file.  That's the only other reasonable explanation I can think of for the A's not wanting him involved and LE having his DNA.  Maybe a sexual offender.  Other than that it seems a family memeber is likely under the circumstances. 

   Just throwing something else out there.   

I haven't ruled out anything, even the possibility that they have no idea who the father is.

This is pretty much where I am on the who's the daddy situation...
AZSunny's post about Lee being the father and that being what Baez is talking about when he says we will have an "oh I see" moment is making alot of sense to me...I still don't think it makes her any less disgusting, or any less guilty...that goes for the rest of them too..

Just a suggestion.....when reading posts made 3 or 4 hours earlier, please try not to reply unless it's absolutely necessary.  I feel the temptation often, but know that if I'm 20 - 30 pages behind, the question has been answered, a detail has been added, etc.  If there's a monkey battle brewing, let it ride....it has already been dealt with or has fizzled out....no point in fueling it again.

I dreamed that Casey shook Caylee like a rag doll and she died.  Is that possible?  I know you can shake an infant and they can die, but what about a toddler???

I think Casey killed Caylee possibly by accident in the home. I am still undecided on the method. My "gut" tells me she was still in a rage from the fight the night before and Caylee probably did some small thing, like pottied her pants, broke something etc, and Casey completely lost it.  She either hit her with something or shook her to death.

In fact, I wonder if LE will find some way to leak the results of Caylee's paternity to defang Baez's defense, in a way.  This is a double-edged sword.  The prosecution needs to find a relevance for introducing Caylee's paternity into the case before it goes to trial so as to de-sensitize the jury pool to the defense's shocking revelation in the court room.  Perhaps instead of finding relevance, the best way to deal with the issue is to "leak" it through the media.

Ya know AZ, this could be the reason why Lee has been MIA.  He might know that Baez is planning to use psychological effects from incest as a basis for Casey's defense which means that he will be the bad guy.  Lee may or may not have initiated the activity between he and Casey, but he is likely looking at being publicly blamed.  Casey is a very disturbed sociopath and I can see her entrapping her brother.  As a narcissist, she craves center stage and how else to get your brother's attention than by seducing him.  It could very easily have been a case of sexual control and manipulation on Casey's part.  She certainly is promiscuous.  Heaven knows, she's a master of manipulation in lots of other areas.  It could also have been initiated by Lee, though, too.  It's interesting that Lee hasn't been charged with incest, if he is the father, but LE could be saving that bomb until incest is brought out in the trial.

She killed her on the 15th at night i think she borrowed the shovel on the 18th that would be 2.6 days!!

I think she put her in the trunk that night she chloroformed her put her in trunk and she died when she began to smell she buried her!
Is she only had the shovel for an hour she has to be close to the house. did they ever dig in that backyard? What if she is their that is where the dogs hit, They need to dig that yard up and under the pool maybe they have a crawl space under that house

I think we will never know, unless the body is found and tells that tale.  But I don't think LE needs to know, to make a case.

I think this is the plan--to throw Lee under the bus as the bad guy--and that is part of the distress Cindy and George are feeling.  They are certainly caught between a rock and a hard place, in a way.
