Defense Attorney Richard Hornsby said he most surprised about how clean the trunk was and believes a second suspect will surface.

"So if the hypothesis is Caylee was in the trunk is true, whoever helped Miss Anthony was very intelligent and I would have to think they had some law enforcement background," said Hornsby.

HMMMMM.....George......Jesse.........Tony R.???????

I'm thinking GA cleaned the trunk i agree- but someone had to have helped - even if they didn't realize it at the time - like giving her rides, etci agree.  I'm still wondering why she was wanting Amy to buy the gas can on the 30th me too- instead of just going and getting one herself.  I'm still trying to find out who the dark haired guy in the truck was @ the Anthony's lee, there was a picture of a truck outside of his house- the one the neighbor reported seeing..

good point...did he say if he got a good look at him...maybe lee never drives the truck to their house and the neighbor didn't see him very well.

Okay, I know that the DA must release immediately all info that was presented to the Grand Jury. I also know that once a person is charged, the DA must make their "discovery" known to the Defense. My question is WHEN?? Is it as they receive it? Is it a month before trial?  Must be some lawyers here! What ever happened to "Vivi" (my neighbor in Dallas)??

Here in Florida, places like 7-11 and Fire Depts, still have the signs with the two hands for those who are looking for a "Safe place".

Anything is possible.  I also read in JG transcript last night that he drives a truck.

Also about "Safe Place" signs -- they were in neighborhood houses. My question was always: "who screens the 'safe houses'?? Seems like Pervs would put a sign in their own window!!!

I was thinking the same thing Wreck.   What's to keep a perv from putting their own sign in the window?   I too live in Texas and remember the Safe Place signs with the hands.

I remember them from the early 70s and I was thinking it had something to do with PTA but I might be wrong.

i just scanned his transcript and he says that he didn't recognize the man but he only saw him for a split second as he was walking in the house.
