Quick question. Is the neighbor that provided Casey the shovel African american. I know the Anthonys have an african american neighbor, but if it is the one that let Casey use the shovel. he can be EXCLUDED from being the donor of the hair. The hair is from a Caucasion.

In Cindy's interview, she stated that Eric was the father, but that he had moved, married another woman and started a family.  She said he had died in a car accident.  Also, There was a blog posted on Casey’s myspace that said
RIP Eric James Baker 12/8/83-8/11/07.  I hope that helps.

Wanna bet that what JB has to explain so that we all finally 'understand' means that he may throw Lee under the bus to keep crazy from the needle..

If it is revealed through credible backup that Lee Anthony is the father of Caylee Marie ... I suspect that both the prosecution and the defence will use this to their respective advantages.

If I was involved in this type of speculation, I would be making a statement.  I can't state that Lee is the father 100%, but there are many things that sure point that way, IMO.

mammy ... I could be wrong but ... I have only read two areas of speculation.

1.  Lee Anthony refused a DNA test.
2.  Lee Anthony refused to take a lie detector test.

It could be that these actions may have everything to do with Lee's participation in the  coverup ... in the disposal of Caylee's remains.

mammy ... please share what other areas of speculation imply that Lee Anthony could be Caylee Marie's father.  Obviously ... I am missing something.

In addition to what you listed, mainly the actions and reactions of Lee and his parents.  I feel that Lee's refusal of DNA, he is hiding something.  I may be wrong Janet, I sure hope that I am, but IMO something just doesn't set right with the paternity of Caylee.  As much as I hope I'm wrong, I still have a feeling that Lee will be confirmed as the father.

mammy....maybe Lee is hiding the fact that he helped Casey dispose of Caylee's body...that much I can imagine...the other, I refuse to go there unless given more evidence of such ....I do respect your right to your opinion thought....

I have no idea. Does anyone have access to a yearbook from Casey's earlier years in school. Maybe we could figure out who this Eric is that she is talking about. Supposedly this guy moved to KY or somewhere before graduation so maybe a Jr. High yearbook.

I heard ( and I don't remember where) that Lee Anthony is not Casey's blood brother.  Lee was George's son with another woman, and Casey is Cindy's daughter with another man.  Is this true?  Does anyone know?

....I heard that also.  George is Casey's step father?  Could be wrong.
I also heard that Cindy's mother is Bea Arthur (from Golden Girls..)
I dunno, could be a rumor...?

  Could we please move forward? I do grow so weary with page after page of nothing but pure raw speculation.My friends here are all in a lather over post that don't mean a thing to anyone except to the poster that posted it...Please,this is about little Caylee and no matter if Lee is the father or not,Casey is the one in all probability that killed her and we should be about looking for justice,not devouring one another in the process.It just isn't helpful...

After reading these reports and watching NG last night, this is what I think happened.  At least, today this what I think happened.  My thoughts and opinions seem to change from day to day.  I think KC had come to the decision that she had to get out of CA & GA's house because of differences with CA.  She had met Tony and wanted to spend time with him but he wasn't ready to have a little one around. So, KC had to figure how to balance the two...freedom from Mommy Dearest and a life with Tony.  She only needed to keep Caylee hidden at night, as Tony thought KC worked during the day.  While searching the internet for ways to sedate people, she came across the chloroform idea.  The ingredients were inexpensive and easy to make.  She would lower her back passenger seat, make Caylee a "bed" in the back of the car and give her enough of the chloroform to make her sleep.  She probably saturated a cloth with the chemical, so that she would go back to sleep if she woke up.  What she didn't count on was how powerful the fumes would be from the over saturated cloth.  She probably made it all sound like a game to Caylee....hide and seek....and Caylee could "hide" in the trunk, crawling through the reclined back seat.  She waited until Caylee was asleep and then went to Tony.  She may have even checked on Caylee during the night and thought she was sleeping.  Then, in the morning, she realized she was dead and panicked.

Anyway....that's what I'm thinking today!!!

Great question.  Yes, the hair was Caucasian and did not belong to Casey or Caylee.

I don't think so.  I believe I saw him on an interview and he appeared to be caucasian

If you guys look at the part of the files that talk about pizza, It says no pizza was found in the car. They did take a pizza for a control subject to see if maggots grew on it but it clearly states that NO PIZZA was found in the car. I guess it was a pizza box. Remember Cindy's yelling NO ODOR. Hey cindy- NO PIZZA!!
