IDK if it has been discussed before but I found it interesting that in the interview with Cindy she states that a document was drawn up giving her and George custody of Caylee should something happen to KC. She also states she has power of attorney, could she have used that to get custody of Caylee if she filed charges against KC?

Yes the database is messed up and they have "our" Cynthia Anthony and this other Cynthia Anthony lumped together.

I doubt if it could have been used for custody.  I believe that nowdays to gain custody after a death, you still have to be investigated by Children Services or the court, document or not if you aren't the parent.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The day before the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl will officially be arraigned on murder charges, a veteran defense attorney said the evidence in the case is weak at best.

Casey Anthony will be arraigned on a first-degree murder charge in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, who was last seen in mid-June.

Anthony has already entered a written plea of not guilty, and is not required to be in court.

Attorney Diana Tennis said she is not sure the state's case against Anthony is solid.

'There's a big difference between interesting science evidence and evidence that actually gets to a jury," Tennis said.

Authorities on Friday released a report from a Tennessee lab that found five compounds consistent with body decomposition. Tests found evidence of decomposition on a hair strand found in the trunk, described as "microscopically similar" to one found on Caylee's hair brush.

"This whole talk about the 'body farm' and these interesting tests that this one organization is doing is very, very fascinating. It may be good information, but it's also possible that the jury is never going to hear about it," Tennis said.

Tennis cited the example of lie-detector tests, which law enforcement agencies consider credible but courts do not.

"No matter how good the science may be, that doesn't mean the judge is going to let the jury hear about it if it's not completely trustworthy," Tennis said.

Read the interviews of the skank today with Detective Melich, Sargent Allen & Detective Wells.  Imo she is trying to pull off multiple personality.  Of course it is all nonsense, she knows exactly what she has done & why she did it but she has convinced herself this is her way of getting away with it after having the decomp car disclosed by CA on the 3rd 911 call.  Prior to that I believe it was her intention to tell the tale of the J Blanchard Park Kidnapping Original Script Version, which of course did not involve the car.

How any kind of parent would think that this is how an adult child should be supported is just out there to me as how anybody could think that is out of love I beg to differ, to me that would be to maintain a position of false pride that has nothing to do with the action of loving.

Talk about consciousness of guilt when she is speaking of running out of gas with the Pontiac, she says that it happening in the vicinity of Amscot is circumstantial when the correct word of course is coincidence, as she never went into the business.
