I thought of something playing "Court" with my child...IF Zanny kidnapped Caylee and ran, wouldn't there be an extremely angry Landlord who's filed a police report for 3 months worth of rent (or a Bank/Credit Union filed for back payment/Foreclosure)?  How about all those utility companies wanting their 3 months worth of payments?  Zanny's cell phone provider?  Also, wouldn't other family members/friends have reported her missing?  NOTHING...ZILCH...NADA!  There are no filings because there is no Zanny.  I wish for once Nancy Grace or the TODAY show would point this out to CA & GA.

Good post ..... especially for those who ever believed a 'Zanny' ever existed. Put that in your crack pipe and smoke it Cindy!!

call received 8-18-08   Man claims that a psychic told him to go to a particular area, and that he would find some clothing items.  He went there, and there were in fact some clothing and stuffed animals.  LE followed up, and saw the items.. they looked like they had been there a while, with plant roots growing through them, and the bag they were in was decaying.

I know another monkey posed this question yesterday. JB had NOT asked for a speedy trial, but he also didn't show up at her court date yesterday for the judge to accept her not guilty plea. The state then asks for the trial to be moved up, I'm wondering if JB and his merry band of lawyers are kicking themselves for not being there to contest this? Just another fubar on his part.

I wonder what they think of all this in Puerto Rico? The Anthonys' keep saying that they think she is there, have they checked their flight manifests or have an alert out for her? I'm sure if they had actually flown there it would have made the papers. What was their detective's name? Do we know where he has been lately? Sitting  on the beaches of PR with a Mai Tai and sunglasses I bet.

Good Morning Monkees...I'm reading back..don't know if anyone's raised this yet but -
could ANDY be Ann(ie)D?  As in Annie Dowling...I know there are sometimes errors in
transcribing...just thinking outside the box.  Could this have been an LE code since we haven't seen transcripts of interviews with her?  I know she's going to be a very important witness for prosecution side...what do you all think?
