Pooky,  nobody was very positive about the "lack" of forensics.  This sounds like they are finally admitting the "proof" of death and how much forensics WERE found, unlike all that was being stated last week.

Thanks Dihannah -- I did not explain that well -- I guess my point is that Biaz mentioned at the motions hearings on why he needed the evidence  and he said weeks ago to Judge Strickland, that there could have been a live Caylee thrown into the truck.  I thought I remembered that (does anyone else?) and if that is correct, what more does he know?

News reporting: Julian was shot several times. Stepfather was arrested 5 blocks
from where car was found. Also his alibi is falling apart.

It is beyond comprehension how demented some people can be.  I cannot imagine how the Hudson family must be suffering at this time, it is heartbreaking. 

Such horrific acts - my prayers for the Hudson family at this saddest of times

NG is going over the Jennifer Hudson's family case.   Very sad.

But at the beginning she stated at the beginning of show,  the FBI forensics are conclusive, no questions Caylee is dead and/or died in that car.  There were hair of Caylee's that did not have the death ring and one (some) did.  Her question was,  did Casey put her in the car alive and Casey died in the car?

Curious why the change in the opinion of questioning the evidence.  Can't wait to see!

I'm excited what is said about this now.  Last week it wasn't too positive.  She must have talked to an expert to change her view.

The grand jury didn't indict Casey on a whim.  I imagine there's alot of evidence we haven't seen either.  I'm only listening to NG not watching.

Anyone want to take bets that NG has Leonard on?   

Oh I agree with you!  I was just disappointed that the media was painting a different picture of the truth, in a negative light.  I want the truth shown to those who don't follow it like we do.

They also mentioned the preparation of Tim's return!   I have NO doubt Leo, will be on!  LOL

The number thing has been going on for several days but I hesitated to say anything because

Diahannah, I did not even think about this person until we were talking today and somehow got on the subject. He is going to try to find a book he has somewhere(he is a bachelor and his house shows it..LOL)that is a true story of a kidnapping of a 2 yr old child in the early 80's...he said he found the body and it has never left his memory and he can close his eyes and see it like it was yesterday...

I thought that Nancy was trying to drag all the details out as long as possible to make it look like action was happening in the case.  She is very behind in the findings as far was what the Monkey's have, I sort of thought it might have been on purpose for ratings.

He's claiming there are other people in the world with the same DNA profile?   She said the Federal Government uses the same technique and have for years to identify fallen soldiers.  So he is saying, suddenly, DNA is no longer non identifiable?  ANY of us can share the same DNA profile.

She pointed out, GA, CA, KC and Lee may share the same, but HHHMMMM, THERE STILL ALIVE!!!!   AARRGGGHHH!

That's why I can't listen to anybody from the defense, there ridiculous!  Whether it's there job or not, I would NEVER stand up and make myself look like a fool like that for ANY amount of money~!

Battery charges recommended for two Anthony protesters

Deputy sheriffs recommended two protesters be charged with battery for a confrontation outside the east Orange County home of missing and presumed dead Caylee Marie Anthony, according to a report released today.

The suspects, whose names were not released, were accused of attacking grandparents George and Cindy Anthony 1:30 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 4900 block of Hopespring Drive. They said the sound of pounding on their garage door prompted them to open it and confront protesters standing outside, according to an Orange County sheriff's report.

Protesters screamed at them and the Anthony's screamed back. One woman pulled George Anthony by the shirt, while a man pushed Cindy Anthony from behind, according to the report.

The suspects fled in a blue Jeep, George and Cindy Anthony said.

Two suspects told an investigator that George Anthony came out of the garage swinging a baseball bat. One said the grandfather threatened to kill everyone there, but the sheriff's report finds their statements contradicted that of other witnesses.

Much of the confrontation was caught on tape by two local cameramen.

The Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office will decide whether to file formal charges.
