Mark Klaas is concerned about TES sending out 8000 untrained searchers out to trample any evidence.   Leonard said they have very specific place to search per, timeline and her 700 calls in a two week period!

He's claiming there are other people in the world with the same DNA profile?   She said the Federal Government uses the same technique and have for years to identify fallen soldiers.  So he is saying, suddenly, DNA is no longer non identifiable?  ANY of us can share the same DNA profile.

She pointed out, GA, CA, KC and Lee may share the same, but HHHMMMM, THERE STILL ALIVE!!!!   AARRGGGHHH!

That's why I can't listen to anybody from the defense, there ridiculous!  Whether it's there job or not, I would NEVER stand up and make myself look like a fool like that for ANY amount of money~!

The particular DNA being discussed I believe, is ribosomal DNA, which is not as unique as nuclear DNA.

Diahannah, I did not even think about this person until we were talking today and somehow got on the subject. He is going to try to find a book he has somewhere(he is a bachelor and his house shows it..LOL)that is a true story of a kidnapping of a 2 yr old child in the early 80's...he said he found the body and it has never left his memory and he can close his eyes and see it like it was yesterday...

God Bless those men and women who do this type of work, day in and day out.  It HAS to affect them somehow.  It takes a special person to do it.

I can't wait to see a report from him!

Can someone please explain to me why a plea is entered?  She is being tried for murder, a plea seems redundant to me.  What is the purpose of doing this and what does it mean when the judge accepts her plea?  TIA

Pooky,  nobody was very positive about the "lack" of forensics.  This sounds like they are finally admitting the "proof" of death and how much forensics WERE found, unlike all that was being stated last week.

Not sure if it's the same as what you mentiion,  they used Micro (something), rather than Nuclear.  However,  if out govt. uses it to identify our fallen soldiers, it must be pretty accurate.

I would rather see 8000 people searching and possibly trampling on evidence than not looking at all and never finding caylee and giving her a respectful and proper burial

The show is over now, but I'm not sure.  She just must have had more time to review and get more expert opinions?   I DID quite enjoy her slapping Kobe down though, with his BS!

Good evening all, Mark Klaas has really gotten on my last nerve tonight! I don't believe that the OCSO & Tim Miller would do anything that would jeopardize the investigation. There will not be 8000 people in one area. If they have that large amount of searchers then more areas can be searched that are of interest. I just don't like the way he went off about the search! And i trust that Tim will do whatever is humanly possible to ensure these searches are successful. JMO
