I am still not completely 100% jumping on the Lee or George conspiracy theory train yet...
however, I do find it odd that Lee would insert himself into the investigation in the way that he did.  Something about that does not sit right with me, almost as if trying to be too close as to monitor everything to make sure that the false leadings of the LE are going according to "plan".  I dont know, I just try to picture my brother doing it, as we are very close, and I just dont see that happening.  My brother loves me to death, and I him (not in the gross way) but he would be willing and ready to help in any way that LE would instruct him to as to not mess up my chances.  Lee seems to want to mess with everything and have his hands in everything prior to LE.  Questionable for sure...

Does anyone remeber the conversation between Casey and Lee something about "it not being on that level"?  Does anyone know where I could find a link to that convo?

... and there is no funds to underwrite the costs incurred by Tim Miller (TES) and ... the recruitment of experienced searchers.

Casey Anthony Trial Date Set, Could Cost Taxpayers
POSTED: 4:50 pm EDT October 27, 2008
UPDATED: 5:32 pm EDT October 27, 2008

Most likely, the trial won't happen at the Orange County courthouse. No one can say how many 10s of thousands of dollars the investigation has already cost. Moving the trial could put taxpayers on the hook for tens of thousands more, maybe even for Casey Anthony's defense.

Even if accused killer Casey Anthony does not have to fight against a death sentence, her trial for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee could last two weeks. That would mean two weeks' worth of hotel room bills for the judge, court deputies, prosecutors and at least a few investigators.

"A change of venue adds expense across the board," said WFTV legal analyst William Sheaffer.

Hotel rooms at between $100 and $125 a night. Any travelling witnesses will add to the cost, plus $36 a day for meals and 45 cents a mile for transportation.

Casey has hired private Kissimmee attorney Jose Baez, but William Sheaffer said she still could ask taxpayers to pay her defense costs, even if one of them has received money for national news coverage.

"There are a number of transactions that you can engage in in order to make sure that the money doesn't go directly to Casey Anthony," he explained.

Sheaffer said the defense will probably have to hire highly-credible and most likely expensive experts to refute the FBI lab evidence against Casey. It could cost at least $50,000. He said the judge would press her for proof she couldn't afford it.

"It's signed under oath, for what that means in this case," Sheaffer said

I do remember that but don't know where to tell you to look.  I thought it related either to gaming or drugs....

I do not know, but I want his phone number as I have some questions for him.  Not sure if he would take my call though, I sound like a child on the phone.

Does LP answer his own board?  Maybe I will sneaky that way for a look and see if I can get a hold of that cowboy.

I don't know if this has ever been discussed before BUT ... has anyone ever thought that maybe Caylee's body was STILL IN the spare tire compartment of the trunk when Cindy and George picked the car up from the tow yard?  Maybe Casey saying "in my gut, she's still CLOSE TO HOME" ... is "code" for Lee or George to get rid of the body ...

OMG, I can't imagine LE would miss that.

I am still on the fence with GA and LE's involvement, but my opinion is she got rid of it before that, with all her cell phone pings and odd places she was.  Of course I've been wrong before, and it's plausible, but not likely in my mind.  At most, she sent codes to Lee, but not of the disposal.     LE is much smarter than that.... JMO
the only problem i have with that theory is that Casey had to know that at some point the car would be towed or recovered by her family and to leave the biggest piece of evidence for who knows who to find, would nail her for sure.

Well Monks.   I haven't posted much due to work and the overwhelming amount of posts, most of what I agree with, no need to add another duplicate post.   But am always lurking.   You ALL do a great job, as always, at getting down to facts,  I will continue to mostly lurk, unless I see or feel the need to jump in.

With that said, I'm heading to the Monkey Bunkey, with TES in a MUCH deserved prayer.  I have NO doubt this will be solved and justice served.   Again, This is the good 'ol USA, not Aruba!

Good night and sweet deams!

Unless ... she was "hoping" to have the car stolen by Zanny too while it was parked at Amscott ....

Ok ... ok ... I admit ... it's been slow ... the brain is working overtime ...
