I don't know if this has ever been discussed before BUT ... has anyone ever thought that maybe Caylee's body was STILL IN the spare tire compartment of the trunk when Cindy and George picked the car up from the tow yard?  Maybe Casey saying "in my gut, she's still CLOSE TO HOME" ... is "code" for Lee or George to get rid of the body ...

OMG, I can't imagine LE would miss that.   

I am still on the fence with GA and LE's involvement, but my opinion is she got rid of it before that, with all her cell phone pings and odd places she was.  Of course I've been wrong before, and it's plausible, but not likely in my mind.  At most, she sent codes to Lee, but not of the disposal.     LE is much smarter than that.... JMO

the only problem i have with that theory is that Casey had to know that at some point the car would be towed or recovered by her family and to leave the biggest piece of evidence for who knows who to find, would nail her for sure.

Again, I'll say, I beleive we give KC too much credit.  She was living on  prayer and day to day, in the moment, like always.  That's how she lived her life.  She was afraid of her parents finding out. I think she hoped the car would be stolen, or just dsappear.  (Out of site, out of mind).  It's all about HER.  She never dreamed of the outcome and is probably kicking herself in the ass for being so stupid.  But again, I could be wrong.

Mags ... I am not undermining the good intentions ... the efforts and ... the scrifices of the inexperienced TES volunteers but ... to some extent ... I can comprehend what Mark Klass is eluding too.  It is my contention that the Orlando Law Enforcement should be recruiting experienced searchers for TES ... for Tim Miller to work with as well as ... underwriting the cost.  After all ... finding Caylee Marie's remains is one of the most crucial aspects of this Caylee Marie investigation.

Even Aruba called in Dutch forces in the search for Natalee Holloway ... even if it was just a smokescreen to distract from an investigation where justice for a missing eighteen year old American citizen was never a consideration.

I can understand how people can mess things up if they aren't advised on how to search. But we here already knew that the searchers had leaders (i think I remember that from one of Chuck's posts yesterday).  Seemed as if maybe Mark didn't know that there were leaders and TES?  I dunno, it was like I was happy there were so many searchers then when Mark went on it burst my bubble. 

You're right Mags. It won't 8,000 people running around wild in the woods. It's going to a methodical, and very structured search. Leonard talked about the 8,000 searchers. Have you ever held a RSPV party? 50 people say they're coming, yet you still have "No shows". Same thing with this 8,000 volunteers. Many will be "No shows". However...I feel confident that enough will show up to get the job done this time. 

no disrespect to Mark klaas, but this tes search seems to be the only chance to find caylee as it doesnt see, that any other professional sources are willing or able to do it.  I get his point, but i think that its the only hope and tes has done this so many times that they know how to orchestrate it and prevent the possibility for destroying possible evidence.  OT, but i cannot stand that defense atty-whats his name-sanchez-the one who looks like he spends more time at the dinner table than in a courtroom

I have full confidence that TES and Tim Miller are going to find something this time.  Yes I know Caylee is in our hearts, and forever will be, but I just can not see myself or anyone else on this board and around the world being content without her body.  Some conclusion needs to be made for her final resting place.  The fact remains that a child is lost, though gone from this world, she still needs to be brought justice.

I was answering the question about finding Caylee yet, but I was not clear.

If anyone can find Caylee here on earth, Tim is the one to lead us to her.  I pray they find her and find her soon.
