Good morning everyone!  I was reading back and noticed a few posters thought that maybe the skunt Casey used the spray on herself, to mask the stench prior to pick up by Tony.  I just wanted to make mention that, my stupid self sprayed my clothing with lysol after a gymnastics competition to go out with some friends and get pizza.   Needless to say I was unable to eat as I because violently ill from the chemicals in the spray obsorbed by my skin.  Not a feeling I ever wish to feel again.  Do we know if Tony mentions her vomitting a lot around that time?  If so, that could be a very good reason for it, and not that she was preggers.

WOW, You really hit on something I hadn't given any thought to.  I do remember  that some of KC's (skunt) hehehee I stole from you... texts to Amy mentioned that she was feeling sick.  Then she even went to the doctor and it sounded like she was treated for flu???  I'm not good at giving links but I do know that Blonde has ALL of the calls and links indexed in the area where we log in.  That makes it easier to locate them.

Judge Strickland accepted Casey Anthony’s written plea deal. She wasn’t in court, neither was her attorney, Jose Baez. The state now has 15 days to turn over evidence they plan on using against Casey to Jose Baez.

Another blow to the saga is Strickland’s new trial date for the case. The pre-trial conference will be set on December 11 and Casey’s trial will begin for January 5.

Here’s to 2009. I wish this case would wrap up sooner, why Casey doesn’t provide factual information at this point is beyond me.

I know Casey stole from her mother, brother, grandmother (about $400.00 in total)  and her friends but I still cant see her stealing enough money to always be on the go - especially with a child. 

How could she afford it?  Is is not like she stayed home very much.  Seriously, when my kids have a spring break and I round around all week - It is usually like a $500.00 week - at the very least.  She had to be making money somewhere, some how.

Also, did GA work at Lexus?

I have not read or heard anything official but ... apparently Cindy was put a position of have to cash out 401s to pay off her credit card/s.  It must be remembered that we are only talking about one month.

I know if you are insistent on a refund for an item without a bill on our local Walmart ... they will give a cash refund based on the lowest cost that the item sold at in the past three months.

Thanks PJ!  Good morning to you too!  That was my thoughts exactly!  She even suspected that she was preggers, Cindy found the used test in the trunk IIRC.  She could easily have just been experiencing the over exposure to the deodorant spray.  Even if it was just sprayed in the car, she would have been driving around in that tiny car with 2 cans worth of spray sprayed throughout....I am having flashback!

Lp said last night they will begin their search where they believe Casey was on 6/27. She walked from Tony's & picked up the car from the Amscot, drove to Mom's, called JCP & then spent 18 mins. in this one area that he says she was seen coming out of the woods & where the deodorant was found. Between Tony's & the Amscot. He said this area would NOT be difficult to search. Has anyone pinpointed where this is? KCJackie, do you know? And is this the ping times before lunch on the 27? 

I believe its in the area of Narcoossee and McCoy (Northeast corner of the airport).  She called JCP around 11:00 am - she was in this area around 11:30, so it would be before or right at lunch time.  Do you know if any witness has stated a specific date or time?  I can look those up.

That's it! If you zoom in on the straight road marked purlieu, at the end there it looks like a cell tower, I think, some type of tower! These are all offices, i think.

Yes, is that a cell tower? And has this area been already searched by TES? From looking at some of the places they have searched, this one doesn't look like it would be very difficult.

If this is where the deodorant was found, then someone searched it and since we haven't heard about it before, you have to kinda feel it was an authorized search.

Judge Agrees To Request To Start Casey Anthony Trial Sooner

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Neither Casey Anthony nor her attorney was at Tuesday morning's arraignment on murder charges Casey is facing in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Casey had already entered a written plea of not guilty, so she was not required to show up.

Judge Stan Strickland accepted the written plea and that means the state now has 15 days to hand over evidence to Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, that the state plans to use in the trial against her. Any new evidence the state plans to make use of also must be handed over to Baez as they get it.

The state also asked the judge to move the trial period back from a previously set date in early February, possibly to put more pressure of the defense,. The judge agreed and Casey's pre-trial conference is now set for December 11 and the trial is set for January 5.

If her mother knows her as well as she states she does how come she didn't know that she was unemployed?  I would know if my daughter was unemployed if she was living in my house...     did she ever contribute to her or Caylee's living expenses at all??

I have never heard or read about a "used pregnancy test" being found in the trunk of Casey's vehicle from an official source.  I suspect that it is a rumor but ... I could be wrong.

Forensic Test Confirms Decaying Body In Casey's Trunk

A second hair fragment was found on a shovel Casey Anthony borrowed from her neighbor days after investigators believe Caylee was murdered, but that hair did not match either Casey or Caylee.

"From what I've heard, it can only be one of three people: The neighbor who the shovel belonged to, who we don't know whether or not he's been tested; Casey Anthony's boyfriend; or Casey Anthony's father," said defense attorney Richard Hornsby.

The samples showing decomposition, however, could be the weakest link in the case, because it is new scientific research that only started in 2002.

Hornsby said he most surprised about how clean the trunk was, and believes a second suspect will surface.

"If the hypothesis that Caylee was in the trunk is true, whoever helped Miss Anthony was very intelligent, and I would have to think they had some law enforcement background," Hornsby said.
