The defence strategy (imho) will be to create reasonable doubt regarding the forensics and to perpetuate the myth that Caylee could be alive.......... Lets face it despite Baez's rhetoric, they're not going to put the creature on the stand with her tale about Zenaida, the Pied Piper of babysitters.  Nah....... surely they wouldnt be that dumb.............Nor (imo) could they go for an insanity plea this far down the road............so unless it fesses up and tries for a deal, I think we'll get more sightings, occurring at apposite times of the proceedings.

I'm hoping that Police are separately checking out the Anthony's tales about all these great tips they've recieved, and their claims to have several Private Investigators on the case. Think it would be pretty easy for LE to check if George left the USA anytime in the last 3 months, when he visited the 9 locations Caylee had been held. Could his announcing on national tv that he and his Private Dicks were hot on the heels of the kidnappers be tantamount to obstruction of justice?................Hmmm @-) ..

Cos.............. we all know its bollocks, dont we

The details of the report released Friday are probably part of what the grand jury heard last week before indicting Casey, but it's not all of the evidence. The thousands of tips that were called in on the case are expected to be released soon and Eyewitness News has learned the vast majority of them are from psychics.

There is going to be something on the Anthony case on Fox News.  I believe Dr. Baden is going to be on the show.  They only said "shortly."

Lp said last night they will begin their search where they believe Casey was on 6/27. She walked from Tony's & picked up the car from the Amscot, drove to Mom's, called JCP & then spent 18 mins. in this one area that he says she was seen coming out of the woods & where the deodorant was found. Between Tony's & the Amscot. He said this area would NOT be difficult to search. Has anyone pinpointed where this is? KCJackie, do you know? And is this the ping times before lunch on the 27? 

I believe its in the area of Narcoossee and McCoy (Northeast corner of the airport).  She called JCP around 11:00 am - she was in this area around 11:30, so it would be before or right at lunch time.  Do you know if any witness has stated a specific date or time?  I can look those up.

I'm sorry, KCJ! When my Mom calls I can't get a word in edgewise!! I love her to pieces but boy can she talk!!  I thought the time for those pings were before lunch that day. So that must be it. I wish I knew if there was a witness putting her close to here. The way LP talked this sounds like it may be the area he wants to search first!! I knew you would know!! I love your maps!!

It's so nice to see you today,  I haven't been on SM or reading back a great deal because of weekend visitors etc.

I'm thrilled about the (SPEEDY) trial request made by the State.  I was so nervous about whether they felt ready to proceed so soon.  Now I do feel better.

Psychics?  Those are the tips?  It really just gets better and better with Cindy and George....

I cannot stomach these two in the least...they make me ANGRY.  Is it just me, or do any other monkeys think that it's time for the second round of indictments?..this time against Grandma and Grandpa....if they have enough evidence to indict Casey and request a speedy trial, then SURELY they have enough indict the grandparents.

This is beyond an understandable state of denial at this point.  Now it is making a mockery of this child's life and the efforts of so many people to let her rest in peace.  Put them in jail.  They are disgusting.

I never rage like this Monks.  The psychics bit just put me over the edge.

Cindy found a pregnancy test in the trunk of the car when they retrieved the car.  It has never been revealed if Casey WAS indeed pregnant, it just explains that Cindy thought she was.  I think she told this info to Amy also but the story about her finding the pregnancy test was from the Orlando Sentinel.  However, nobody knows and it could be one of the "rumors" that gets twisted and then printed by the media.  I do believe the possibility exists as in the police interviews, the use of condoms is addressed and the she doesn't use protection hardly ever...according to the interviews.

This is what all 3, Geaorge, Cindy & Lee, should be charged with! Could they be charged during Casey's trial if that evidence comes out or could they be charged now if the prosecution knows they are accessories? How does that work?

This is concerning the cans of deodorant found in the Kohl's/Target bag..
Have the copies of the reciepts from KC's shopping adventures at Target been made public?  If so, do any of the receipts show that she purchased lysol, deodorant, febreze (sp?), bleach, etc...????

Maybe Casey doing all this driving and frequenting of parks and wooded areas was her in the process of working in an escort service. Perhaps she conducted business in the woods?

No problem at all!  I get distracted all the time   KC also called JCP at 2:11 pm  and was at JCP's at 2:28 pm.  Then, that area would be between Tony's and Penney's.  JMO - I don't think she is far from the airport.  I did not watch NG last night - but just from what I'm reading - I don't see why KC would toss out deodorant - when it could have just been placed in a trash can at a gas station, store, etc. and never been noticed.
