Adding to; once I was donating clothes to the GoodWill and wished them to go to the flood victims in the midwest. I was told that that would take away from helping employment for GoodWill members but I could be done. Feeling guilty, I just gave them the clothes.

However, I remember the Salvation Army and Red Cross saying that checks earmarked for certain disasters had to go there.

So, IMO, contributions where the checks have an earmark on them for a certain disaster is to go there; otherwise the nonprofit can decided to put the contribution to its best need.

However, I have been wrong before

Sounds about right with the donations.  On the TES sight you can choose if you want your donation to go to a specific search. I imagine some people specifiy and others don't.

So, Todd is Cabot AND another AKA, and a convicted felon...well, that makes perfect sense. Just look at OJ and his posse, birds of a feather flock together. The AIM angle in Nashville is interesting as I have a friend from 1985 that worked for AIM model and talent management, odd that the names and locations are so close. I may have to give her a call to see if these 2 AIM's are connected and then report back.

5.  He assured me that there will be an accounting on money left over by TES after Florida search is done & that money (if any) will have to be left in Florida.

OH... money is being sent to a Texas nonprofit who happens to be searching in FLA?? Get a life!

If the checks are earmarked for TES's search in FLA and that fund is not all used.. how in "Hells bells" are you doing to redistribute back the money.

In my small opinion, the money should be given back to the donor.. but what a nightmare!

I have been in the car on a private TEX look see with Tim Miller and a missing girl's family. A $10000 donation was made for this prelim search and all money was eaten by hotel bills in a airline costs, major city hotel, food, gas, maps, coordination calls.

If a nonprofit looses its chartger, say an American Legion Unit in a city, then the money has to go back to its parent nonprofit; if no parent org. then has to be donated to another nonproft. The money just can't go "poof"

The Anthony case is getting more like Aruba but with different LE (a better LE)

This man is so despicable that this information needs to be posted for everyone to read.  How dare Todd Black attack Tim Miller?  He can't even hold Tim Miller's hat.  I suggest that if Baez is out to discredit Tim Miller, he's going to have to look an awful lot higher than the gutter to find someone who will measure up to the task.  If nothing else, this shows just how low the Anthonys and Baez will stoop to save the sorry ass of their baby killer.


Is Todd Black Gil Cabot?

Hinky -Acting suspiciously; strange, unusual; acting in a manner as if having something to hide, or seemingly crooked.

If you’re like us, your collective hinky alarms sounded at DEFCON 3 when this character in the Casey Anthony saga was introduced to be the spokesperson for Attorney Jose Baez and his client.

Was it the fact that his pressrs’ read like a 12 year olds submission for a “if you had this career, what would you sound like” contest?  Perhaps it is that it appears that an ACTUAL typewriter was used to write them?  For most, the clincher was definitely the CNN assertions of Baby Caylee’s death. There is only one reason a PR *cough* rep does not get canned after such a debacle.

He owns or has the rights to own a slice of your hide.

A quick search of Internet Movie Database “IMDb” and we can see that Todd Black is a very well known, highly successful Hollywood producer. I would expect more blockbusters from him in the future however this is not “our” Todd.

From his first press release where he included the Tennessee phone number of Aim Production Company, in Nashville, Mr. Black earned himself a file.

Gil Cabot, apparently a bi-coastal, self proclaimed, award winning expert in adverse media coverage, albeit his own, is probably not the best representative for Mr. Baez’s office so the elusive and camera shy, newest alter-ego of Gil Cabot bursts forth into the Big Top. No clown car arrival as apparently their really is a limit as to how many aliases can fit into one.

A multiple convicted Felon and Ex-Con representing the interests and reputation of a currently accused felon and incarcerated individual? Yeah we can definitely see the downside there.

It appears that Gil had lofty goals from the get-go. The subject of his attempted extortion? None other than Jann Carl, at the time a KTLA-TV anchorwoman who can now be seen hosting  Entertainment Tonight

Maybe Baez’s side of the conversation went like this “Hey, everyone’s got skeletons, right?  Introducing Gilbert A Cabot, aka, Jerome Bradley, aka Todd Black??
