Question?  Why would CA try to hide this JCP statement from investigators?  The statement wouldn't name the items would it?  Doesn't it just say Jewelry dept?  Don't you have to have the reciept for itemization?

Anybody??????

I don't think that crosses would scream anything to Cindy for her to hide the JCP statement. She could always say she lost it, or Cindy got one and KC got one. I think something on that statement had to spell Murder for her. Like a large piece of luggage, or an item they have recently bought like a previous month ago and then another one is purchased, like a cooler maybe?

The luggage or cooler idea have been discussed a lot recently.  Personally, I would go with the luggage, as I'm not sure if the trunk of KC's vehicle could handle a large cooler.  However, on the other hand, couldn't the luggage just be shrugged-off as just that?  Wasn't KC planning on flying to California?

She would have to show the luggage purchased and it would have to be in new condition. The luggage would be a bit more difficult to "lose" than a cross.

Maybe she bought her and Tony matching crosses. For his going away to NY thing. She's a selfish girl and I can't see her buying a cross for Caylee, like why bother ? Nothing in it for KC.
Anyway, it isn't evidence.

On what date is the Target receipt?  It could be evidence.  She could have placed it on Caylee before she buried her.   They do sell those at Target as I was looking at them a few weeks ago for one of my granddaughters.  The run about $25 to $40, depending on design and quality.

Oh my gosh, am I slow or what.  I just thought of a duffel bag as luggage.  You can cram that into about any place.

Bags like this come in small, medium, and large sizes.  They are numerous brands including store brands.  They come in rolls with perforated seams to rip the bags off the roll one at a time.

But, she could have loaned it to any one of her many so-called friends.

I buy this type of bag for my kitchen.  I don't think I have ever seen a package sold that cheap in any size or brand.

Does anyone have a photograph of Casey wearing her cross?  This is a link to some of the cross necklasses at JCP.  These are available online, but there could be a larger selection in the stores.

The picture of Tony and Kc she is wearing a black dress, she obviously had her hair done and her nails from the blue dress picture.  She is wearing a pearl necklace with a cross at bottom.  Looks like a JCP necklace.

I have bought off-brand plastic bags that are pretty inexpensive, especially if they are on a sale.  They can also be purchased a $ stores.  The large inexpensive bags usually have about six to ten bags on a roll.

Oh boy, I don't know what went wrong, but I didn't write:  "She would have to show the luggage purchased and it would have to be in new condition. The luggage would be a bit more difficult to "lose" than a cross."  I was just responding to it.

Do these postings this sometimes get possessed by the little green gremlins?

Wasn't the white trashbag with the yellow tie up the one from the trunk??  Also, storage IMO would not be for trash as you store leftovers but you throw out the trash.

The bag that was taken from Casey's trunk and thrown in the dumpster at the Towing company was white with yellow handles (ties) according to the Manager Simon Burch.

Something makes me think Casey never wore a cross in her life until she killed her daughter.

So you think it would burn and sizzle on her skin???

Love it... very funny.....    We will have to keep an eye out for the burn marks!

What about the photograph of Casey during one of her arrests?  Wasn't she wearing a cross on her way to jail?
