If you enlarge this picture there is a big black duffle bag at the bottom end of the bed.  This is at Tonys house but I don't know when it was taken.

Bags like this come in small, medium, and large sizes.  They are numerous brands including store brands.  They come in rolls with perforated seams to rip the bags off the roll one at a time.

I buy this type of bag for my kitchen.  I don't think I have ever seen a package sold that cheap in any size or brand.

I have bought off-brand plastic bags that are pretty inexpensive, especially if they are on a sale.  They can also be purchased a $ stores.  The large inexpensive bags usually have about six to ten bags on a roll.

Okay, I got it.  Most items in stores are not an even price.  Like $1.29 instead of $1.00.
However, as you enter Target stores they have a little section with a few displays holding items for $1.00, $2.50, etc.  Or a dollar sale.  I go for a little container, or as is the case a couple of them.

Wasn't the white trashbag with the yellow tie up the one from the trunk??  Also, storage IMO would not be for trash as you store leftovers but you throw out the trash.

The bag that was taken from Casey's trunk and thrown in the dumpster at the Towing company was white with yellow handles (ties) according to the Manager Simon Burch.

The cash registers in stores sometimes have strange skew categories and maybe they don't differentiate small storage bags from large storgae/trash bags.  The trash in the picture that looks like plastic bags doesn't seem to have the yellow handles.  Could she have bought more bags because she ran out of the ones with the yellow handles????  They could have been different brands and the bags without ties and handles are usually cheaper.

I do wish Nancy wouldn't cut people off. LP was trying to talk about Lee sending the emails to stop people from donating to TES, and suggested there was something he didn't want found. Nancy broke in and said she didn't agree and said they were still hoping to find Caylee alive, etc. LP said the searches couldn't hurt... if they wanted to go ahead and search themselves, that's fine, but they were not doing any searching!! I think he is onto something... he's got it figured out. None of them want Caylee to be found... because they know she is dead, and once the body is found, Casey will go down for Murder One. Without the body, they believe Casey might get away with it. Or at least not be given the DP.

There has been a lot of discussion on the white with yellow drawstring trash bag theory, which IMP or at least in this household, doesn't hold much weight without tearing. For our "large" trash can in the garage, I buy the Hefty Steel Sak 1/3 mil.

In curiosity, I looked-up the average height and weight of a female 2 and 3 yr. old.  Just to give an approximate average, a 2 yr. old female's height is 30" and weight is 28.4 lbs.  A 3 yr. old female's height is 33" and weight is 30.8 lbs.  Now, the largest of the white tall trash bags would not hold either height or weight without busting at the seams, doesn't it seem?

I'm still thinking about my duffel bag theory.  That would make a lot more sense for size and weight.

Something makes me think Casey never wore a cross in her life until she killed her daughter.

So you think it would burn and sizzle on her skin???

Love it... very funny.....    We will have to keep an eye out for the burn marks!

I agree, that's why I posted the pic above.  I think I used to have that pic from a different angle and it appears to be a long duffle bag.  I probably deleted that pic.

Didn't we hear about the cross already, but from whom?  I know somebody said this last week. Didn't they?

Anybody?????

LP mentioned it last week on NG- he was going to say more but just as she did tonight, NG  cut him off mid-sentence.   Not sure why...

THE CROSS

NANCY GRACE
Forensic Evidence Released in Missing Florida Toddler Case
Aired October 24, 2008 - 20:00:00   ET

PADILLA: Here`s the thing. Casey might lie to the parents. Cindy will lie to the media. One day she says there was a body decomposing in there, the next day she says it was pizza.

One day she tells us that Casey bought the cross at JCPenny for Caylee. Caylee had been dead for days.

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0810/24/ng.01.html

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, what`s your point? Your point is.

PADILLA: Well, the point is that the family lied.

According to the Grand Jury findings, LE can obviously prove that Caylee is dead and was in Casey's trunk.  I'm sure that LE must have additional evidence linking Casey to Caylee's death in order for the Grand Jury to have handed down the indictment.  Without a body, Baez still might be able to fight that Casey wasn't the murderer, even if there is evidence that Caylee is dead.  They will fight for reasonable doubt.  If they do find Caylee, they will be able to link Casey to the location by cell phones and probably lots of other evidence that we don't know about.  Baez and the Anthony's do not want TES to find Caylee because it will probably mean the difference between many, many years in jail and the death penalty.  At this point, Baez and the Anthonys will probably do anything to keep Tim Miller out of Orlando.  Tim is already showing signs of stress and I have no doubt that Baez and the Anthonys will really be pounding on Tim now.  They don't want Tim to find Caylee.
