This is just two pieces of evidence that conflict.  I'm sure there are other conflicting pieces of evidence and testimony that LE have sorted out.  There are interviews we have not even seen, I'm sure.  I've always contended that the evidence we don't know about will be the most significant. 

If Casey did have an accomplice in covering up the crime, then LE must first prove the crime occurred and Casey is guilty of it.  After establishing this, they can determine if anyone helped her in a coverup that obstructed justice.  So, we may not see justice for those who helped her coverup (if anyone did) until after she is convicted (if she is).

He leaves out the part that she left shortly after she arrived, and at 11:06 she's back at Tony's, at 11:09 she's at Blanchard Park and at 11:10 - 1 PM she's at Jesse's again.  It's a half-hour that she is on the road but Jesse says she's showering with the door half open, as if this will give her an alibi.  After all, he can't say he saw her showering, but the half open door implies he knew she was showering when she wasn't.

Unless he knew the phone call would show up when she came to the door so he made it seem like she came over to take a shower to LE.  However, we don't know if they BOTH left the house and she continued to use her phone.  He likely knew or didn't have any calls corresponding to where they both might have went...  Make sense?

I don't trust any of them.  But you have to get out OF's salt shaker and realize these are approximate locations.  Don't forget these are tower locations!!!  For instance; at 11:05:07 she is at Jesse's - at 11:05:27 she is around Tony's - there is no way possible for her to go from Jesse's to Tony's (6 miles between the two) within 20 seconds.  JMO

If Casey had help, I can see her going to a stranger, perhaps a homeless person, and offering him money to dispose of a cooler or some other container.  He would be seen tossing a package or blanket or cooler or something into a dumpster, not her, if there was video around.  She may have driven around all kinds of places, scouting or an area to leave the body, and finally settled on asking someone to just get rid of it for her and not tell her where or when.

We don't have Jesse's cell phone pings, do we?  So we can't track his movements like Casey's.  But, I'll bet LE has his cell phone pings.  They know if Jesse went with her for that half hour when she went to Tony's place and swung by Blanchard Park before going back to Jesse's.  Why did she (and he?) go to Blanchard Park?

Several of these places are just visited SO many times, Blanchard Park, Amscot, etc.  She returns to these places over and over.  If there are pieces of evidence everywhere, then I can't think that she handled everything all by herself, and Jesse keeps coming to my mind.  She took a shower there, and yes, it does seem odd that the Grunds volunteered an awful lot of info.

I agree that Jesse still carried a torch for Casey and may have loved her on some level.  But would he go so far as to bury Caylee for her?  Or in any other way help to dispose of a dead child?  I suspect if he helped, knowingly or unknowingly, he would have confessed that by now, asked for and gotten immunity, and not set himself up as the fall guy.  His testimony has not exactly been helpful to Casey. 

I don't know.  He may have helped her.  However, he has not been charged with anything so immunity is not an issue.  They have to establish her guilt first.

Let's say that Casey told Jesse she was in some kind of trouble and that she needed him to dispose of something that would get her into more trouble.  In other words, she asked him to get rid of the body without telling him what it was.  He may have thought of drugs or any number of things other than a dead child.  He (or someone else) may have agreed to do it.  After she got arrested, the person realized that he/she had disposed of something that was probably a dead body.  Would that person go to police, ask for immunity, and tell what happened?  or would that person keep quiet and hope that Casey would never mention him or her?

Which people might do something like this for Casey, no questions asked?  It would have to be someone who loved her or felt extreme loyalty to her or felt compelled to help her for some reason. 

Lee would top my list of people who might do something like that.  Jesse might be someone who would fall for such a ploy, but I am not sure he would stick with her this long or that she would not rat him out and try to pin it on him.  There may be others who might do it out of friendship but would they keep on covering that up even now, knowing that they probably disposed of a dead Caylee?

Yep..I believe Casey just couldnt go another day without spendine money....she had to have . some shampoo,conditioner,soap toothpaste  and of course paper and evelopes and stamps.....no cell phone in jail so this will be her new way to comunicate. Hope she writes out a confession..but I doubt it!!!!

I am sure in any investigation, there are conflicts in testimony, some deliberate and some innocent.  People get confused.  People forget.  People unintentionally or intentionally leave things out.  The police have to put all of the testimony and all of the pings together and get a timeline that appears most accurate.  It could be that there are other interviews with Jesse and other witnesses.  The police have not said that they have released all of the interviews and we know of a few that are not released.  Often, if there appears to be a conflict, the police pick up the phone and ask someone for clarification to correct a mistake.  We just do not know, imo, exactly when Caylee died or when Casey disposed of her body.

If Casey had a helper at any point in time, I doubt she would go to jail and face trial alone.  It is just not her style, as far as I can see, to sacrifice or protect others.  That helper would be the perfect person on which to place a big part or all of the blame.  Would Casey face all he trauma of a trial, the possibility of life in prison or the death penalty, if the body is found, if she could pin it on someone else?  I doubt that.

Hudson ... the primary crime is the demise of Caylee Marie and ... that is the reason that Casey Anthony has been indicted.

Any assistance in a coverup could very well be a separate investigation currently being conducted by the Orlando LE.

George Anthony Set To Testify Against Casey In Front Of Grand Jury

Sources told Eyewitness News the Orange County grand jury will hear about high levels of chloroform in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. The panel will hear how lab tests on the hair and the stain in the trunk will show that Caylee's body was in that trunk and that investigators also believe the little girl's body was at some point in the Anthony's backyard near her playhouse.

The focus on when Caylee was murdered is on the afternoon of June 16, sometime between mid-day, when Caylee's grandfather last saw her alive with Casey, and the evening, when Casey went to her boyfriend's apartment without Caylee.
