Does the sunfire still stink? Maybe the jury will want to go smell it
Hahahahahahaha, i thought you were telling a joke.  Does the sunfire still stink????

NoIwas really asking , As my hubby would say I had one of my blonde farts again. Would the death smell still be in the car after this long ? How long does the smell stay around ? Maybe the jury will want to smell for themselves, just like went they went to see the peterson boat. Will someone run the trail on TV? Oh I cant wait it will be like Xmas for me!!!!!!!!

broke the heliopause

good evening monks and monkettes.

Hi Rob, I have been thinking about one of your posts still.  There are several cases that I have watched on 48 hours, etc - which the murder suspect does get bond.  Do you if it is just Florida that won't allow a bond?

mytime depends on what kind of murder case you're talking about. This is murder one. Cap one.

There is no bond. And I can't think of any cases where the accused was given bond, unless it was a gift from some higher up.

there are lots of cases where the DA knows it's a death penalty case, but can he prove it? so they go for what they can PROVE TO A JURY. Often second degree and they get bond.

LP just stated that Lee sent out an email telling people not to donate to TES that they want no involment with this orginization.. Okay Where is his number I am going to call him tommorow .. Im going to give it to his voice mail and IM NOt going to block my number.

Nothing on here yet ...  http://www.helpfindcaylee.com/contact

Help Find Caylee Search Fund & EffortsAll funds donated to the trust fund will go directly towards funding the efforts in finding Caylee.  Funds are currently being used to pay for fliers, (Distribute Fliers (updated flyer coming soon), t-shirts, (who besides the A’s have been wearing them?) water for volunteers, (How much water can George drink, even after following up on 5,000 leads), ( etc...

And, they don't want to give a darned dime to TES?

Are the Anthony's allowed to vote next week???????????

Saw this at WS maybe LP has seen the statements?

OK so she got 2 crosses on the 27th of June, but Caylee was killed on the 16th, so she couldn't have put it "on" Caylee. Maybe she dropped it in the grave, which would be great b/c the metal detectors would go off!

Something makes me think Casey never wore a cross in her life until she killed her daughter.

So we know that CA baby was last seen for sure on the 15th.  George says on the 16th, but I don't know.  That means that she had to have gotten rid of the baby between night of the 15th or the 16th afternoon to have gone back to TL, then go rent movies and it's still light outside.

No, silly!!!
Because, it would infer that she bought one for herself and one for Caylee. Where is the OTHER cross? Did she bury Caylee with it?
Maybe she bought one just like it for Amy????
Or bought it to fend off "Count Nejame"

Last night, we were discussing the receipt.  There were two purchases for storage @ $1.00 each.  I am still wondering if they were plastic trash bags.  I was asking if anyone has the photographs that Red posted way back.  I have the one with the shovel under the bridge, but there were two more with that photograph.  One photograph showed a knife and they other showed a mess of white stuff that looked like trash.  Does anyone still have those two photographs?
You can get rolls of trashbags sometimes for a buck its the cheap ones but they work in a pinch. I know I get them at walmart , sometimes target

I thought I read in the past week something about a white trash bag with a yellow pull-string.

I found the pictures from Red.  The shovel, backpack, trash, and knife were located under a bridge where he was searching with TES.  Does this trash look like it could be a roll of white trash bags that Casey could have purched as storage @ $1.00 each on that Target receipt?

I have lost all sympathy for this family, They are mean.  Lee needs to get a life.
He should be grateful that all these people are searching for Caylee.  How dare he send out these emails and put down TES. and TIm.

What I don't get is that IF the Anthonys' are NOT covering up for KC and are being true and honest in their beliefs and searches, what does it matter to them if Tim and TES searches? Surely they would want to find Caylee no matter what! Why would they go on the attack like this and embarrass themselves like this? Everyone knows what TES stands for and any family with a missing child would be on their knees thanking God that this group is willing to help. Their actions and attitudes scream cover up, the only "group" they belong to is Parents of Killers club!

Hopefully Casey has done herself in again, because this will be a way to identify Caylee's remains.

Next week, MURT is going to be interviewing someone close to the case.  I've created a thread so that if you have any questions you can post them there.  No, I don't know who this person is

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=3885.0
If I do not know who the person is how do I know what kind of question to ask?

I agree.

Spit it out MURT.

The unidentified remains we talked about back in September from Marion County (September 14) have been identified. http://www.wftv.com/news/17476779/detail.html  This was the 'mystery case at namus, for anyone who may remember.

Anyway...the poor soul who's life has ended now has a name. Everett Laverne "Peanut" Jackson.

 http://www.ocala.com/article/20081029/NEWS/810290293/0/frontpage?Title=Body_in_river_ID_d_as_missing_man

Everett Laverne Jackson, 38, of Ocala, had been missing since the Labor Day weekend. May he rest in peace and his killer/killers be brought to Justice.

I did Mammy, there is a picture of Cindy wearing a gold cross and then KC is wearing one in the bank photo.
