It does make a difference if the person is from the prosecution side or the defense side.  But here are a few questions that might be asked, either way:

  1.  If Casey has a reason for waiting so long to notify the police about Caylee, why not say it now?  She claims she waited out of fear for Caylee's safety if the police were called in, but everyone knows the police are involved now, so that reason seems to be gone.

  2.  Is there any evidence that Casey had any intention of notifying the police at all that Caylee was missing?  It seems that Cindy forced her into it.

  3.  Who is the father of Caylee and will his name be revealed at some point?

  4.  Where did Casey go with Caylee during the day over the past two years when she claimed to be working but clearly was not working?

  5.  Is George going to introduce his private investigator to the media and allow questions about what he has found, such as the supposed moving of Caylee nine times?

I've been wondering why the Anthony Family hasn't been asked #1 for a LONG time.  There's nothing to be afraid of now. Since the "word" is out and people were looking for a "living Caylee" for awhile now, what's to be afraid of ...  Moreover, the Ants want people to continue to follow up with tips and look for a "living Caylee."   The Ants used to claim that "Caylee would be killed if Casey revealed more info because if someone went to the right apartment, they would kill Caylee."  Well, if that were true, why should ANYONE look for a live Caylee - wouldn't she be killed if anyone found her?

I think I can answer #4.  Casey didn't go "anywhere" for the past 2 years while she was supposedly working.  Remember, she had concocted this fabulous job - a job with unpredictable hours where she could "work at home" as well as at an office or at an event (event = Casey's personal socializing).    Also, remember, Tony roomies said that she'd be at Tony's during the day claiming that she was working from her computer - she didn't need to bother with the fake "leave the house" routine there.   

Casey would "pretend" to leave the house shortly before George would leave. Casey knew the exact time that her dad left for work everyday.  She would time her leaving a few minutes before he left.   She would leave for a few minutes (maybe just park down the street), wait until he left, and then return.  Then, once back at the house, she'd put Caylee down for a nap, and then surf the net, or whatever.  Sometimes she and Caylee would go shopping.  Sometimes, Casey would leave shortly before Cindy would come home from work; sometimes Casey would be home when Cindy arrived "working from her laptop."   Casey would often then announce, "I've got to get ready to work an 'event.'"   Then, Cindy would babysit while Casey went to a fun party while Cindy thought she was working a Universal event. 

 By creating this "flexible" job, Casey had a readymade excuse for the rare times that her parents might come home early or whatever.  Because her parents worked "set schedules," Casey could "rely" on them being gone for a set number of hours; this allowed her to play this game.

What is the defense strategy in not asking for a delay in the trial date or do you except this request as the current trial date approaches ?

I have a question,yes I do.

1. Why,oh why,do the Ants never plead for Caylee's safe return? Not a one of them has ever uttered a word to the kidnappers??{Zenida,her sister,WHATEVER}.

If you had a loved one missing and NBC with Matt Lauer,ABC,FOX,CBS,TRU,and every little station in the United States,was at your disposal,wouldn't you plead,beg,cry,and offer deals to the kidnappers?????What better way to reach the world then this?? I have looked around and Laci Peterson's Family begged over and over for months;Chandra Levi's mom pleaded;Maddy Mccann parents cried to please don't hurt her;Heck,even Mark Hacking offered up a plea. Why no such out cry from the Ants??Not a one unless I missed something. They have prayer sessions and such but when Cindy gets on NBC she just holds up a dress and says this is Caylees and tells us how "Poor Casey" is being bullied by the Big Bad Police. Not A peep to the supposed kidnappers. Anyone else find this weird and off beat for a family that believes their loved one is still out there??

It's been bothering me for longer than I care to admit...
How on Earth can Casey's parents say they thought she had a job?  Don't people with jobs have to file Income Tax by April 15 every year?  Her mailing address is the same as their mailing address.  Didn't it tell them something when her refund never came in?

The way Cindy acts, It's my opinion that she would have been waiting to pounce on whatever was refunded.  After all Casey lived at home free of charge.

as much as I want to, believe them that someone has caylee,I still think that there is something strange about the whole situation, how can parents that are helping raise this little girl not know exactly casey's activities? I have three grown daughters, my oldest is 30, she is married with children and living in her own house, the other one is 25 does not have children and the other one is 24 with one child, and I talk to them everyday my grandkids sleep over on the weekends I hear of them on a regular bases, I attend their school activities and so forth in other words I'm very involved with them and they don't live with me, so I don't understand if casey and caylee lived with the anthony's how they allowed for casey to just get up and say that she was going to take off on a  mini vacation with caylee. they must of noticed their daughters activities, such as her not working or her not having money who use to buy things for caylee? did this little girl ever go to the pedriatrician? there is something very weird about the whole thing, or either casey killed caylee by accident or she gave her away as a form of revenge towards her mother, maybe her mother threaten to take the little girl away from casey and she gave the little girl away as revenge. their are alot of twist and turns to this story, I just wish that they would put this to rest and let everyone that is concerned about this little girl what happened to her. meanwhile, all mothers that are out there becareful who you live your children with.

Estee, you and I are on the same page here.  My grandson lives in another town, two hours away, and I met both his babysitters, not because I was determined to but it just came up.  Once we got to their house a bit early and went with my son to pick him up from the sitter.  We got a grand tour of her home, met the other two kids who stayed there, etc.  Another sitter came to his birthday party.  I saw many pictures of him taken at the sitters' homes and with them.  I also had the phone numbers of both sitters in case of some emergency and they had ours, and we live out of town!  It is just unbelievable to me that Cindy would know nothing of this sitter and not be the least bit curious about where she lived, what she looked like, how many kids she kept, etc.  Surely she would have had a phone number and address.  I also think Casey would have had Cindy or George drop the child off at the sitter's sometime or pick her up there.  This is such an obvious lie.  There is also the fact that the Anthonys all take pictures by the hundreds of Caylee in every imaginable situation, but not one of her with a sitter.

PJ, your observations about money are right on.  Cindy and George had financial problems.  I suspect their credit cards were maxed out.  Casey had no income.  And yet they never asked for child support from the father of Caylee or for social security benefits for him if he truly is dead, which I doubt. 

Casey went to great lengths, including keeping a notebook of the "events" she planned for her job, but surely they must have noticed that she paid no taxes, was frequently strapped for cash, etc.  And if they supported Caylee, as Cindy has said, they should have put her on their income tax forms as a dependent.  I am sure they did that.  So they knew Casey was not supporting the child in any way.

No nanny.  No job.  Any fool could have seen that.

I have questions based on the following information:

On Monday, June 16, Anthony's father, George Anthony, said he he saw his daughter and granddaughter leave his house at about 1 p.m.

"But if they did leave at that time, the cell records show they did not go far. Casey's cell phone communicated that afternoon through the same three cell towers she could reach from her home," Pipitone said.

At 1 p.m., Anthony made a 14-minute call to her boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro. At 1:44 p.m., she made a 36-minute call to her then-best friend, Amy Huizenga. At 2:52 p.m., there was an 11-minute call with ex-fiance Jesse Grund. All of the calls used cell towers that can be reached from her parents' home, Pipitone said.

But at 4:11 p.m., Anthony began trying to reach her mother, Cindy Anthony, making four attempts in two minutes, according to records. Anthony then traveled north from her parent's home and called Lazzaro for one minute at 4:19 p.m., Pipitone reported. Two minutes later, she talked to Grund for a minute, and tried to call her mother again at 4:25 p.m., Pipitone said.

There was no other communication from Anthony's cell phone until a call was made to Lazzaro's apartment at 5:57 p.m., records show.
1.  Lee's house pings from the same towers as the A's?
2.  Where was Lee? Out of town?
3.  Did they get a search warrant for Lee's in case she killed Caylee there on the 16th?
4.  Did George work on the 16th after he supposedly saw them leave at 1PM?

I would guess she has a key to Lee's, spent time there until her parents had left for work on a regular basis since it was so close and she could just go back home after they left.  I even wonder if Lee knew she did that and that she didn't have a job.  Based on the cell pings, if George is truthful that he saw them at 1pm on the 16th, it is very possible she killed Caylee at Lee's.

There has been some speculation that over the last 2 years Casey may have worked for an escort service. Is there any evidence to support this theory?

I'd like to know what kind of person Casey Anthony really was and what kind of child Caylee was: likes dislikes.  Happy, sullen etc.
Did Casey carry a camera with her and were they anywhere near the car in June, did they ride in the car?  Did they ever have a feeling that they could not or should not 'trust' in Casey Anthony? if so what was the situation?  Did Casey A ever smell like gasoline?

I think I read that the guest was going to be LP.  If this is so I would like to know more about the lady that LP and Rob had living in the house with the anthonys.

1. How did the anthonys act with each other and with casey?
2. Has she gotten ammunity for whatever it was that she overheard or saw?
3. Has she been interviewed by LE?
4. Can LP tell us what she saw or heard?
5. Did she ever see casey cry?
6. Did she ever overhear phone conversations with people calling in tips?
7. Did GA,CA or Casey ever say anything incriminating that will be used in court?
8. How did they treat her?
9. Did anyone in the house ever have personal friends come to visit and offer support?
10. was there any conversation about extended family members?

Hello all Monkeys... I am new to posting here and I must say I see I am on the same track all of you are traveling.

I would like to know who Murt is and where is this chat and live streams? Any help is always appreciated,as I am learning about all this computer stuff.

I also noticed some unrest when some monkeys were talking about Dana and Murt. How in the world can you replace someones talent? One thing I do know is that Dana has that SEXY appeal in his voice and he could talk to me all the day long. It was his smooth style that brought me here in the first place. I also have observed that this is a huge site and I suspect there is room for everyone.

Has DNA tests been done on the Anthony family? I just can not swallow that NO ONE knows who Caylee's father is. These girls do nothing but talk,talk,talk...I find it odd that not one of her girlfriends knows the whole scoop on the knocking-up of Casey. It would of been BIG gossip in the young girls circle. Find her friends during that period and you might find some leads.

There is no comparison to Dana and Murt. Dana is wonderful in my opinion.
