You asked if there was an attorney here that could explain double jeopardy to you.  I don't know of any attorneys here at SM.   If it were me, I would google "double jeopardy".  But then, that's just me...

I just created a thread with the prayer schedule for November 8th, to pray for the TES searchers in their search for Caylee and Jennifer Kesse.  Between now and November 8, please go to this thread and let me know what time(s) you would like and I'll put your name on the schedule:

Cuteascanbe - sorry but I don't have the answer to your question but hopefully someone else will.  I am not an attorney and I didn't stay at the Holiday Inn Express last night either

Klaas - For those of us who can't go to Orlando, is there anything that Tim still needs for the search?

SS - I'll find out but I know last time the best thing to do was to donate money, then they could send someone locally to purchase exactly what they need.

Hi SS   Of course, I'm not Klaas, but I did hear Tim Miller say he needed prayers and that it would "be an expensive search".   Hope that helps.

http://www.texasequusearch.org/index.html  Maybe you could go to the website and get hold of someone if there is something you could donate or another way you can help.  I plan to send a little more money to help with the search, and they are already in my thoughts and prayers.  It's really good of you to ask how you can help, SS.  I know you care about the missing.

Are Destiny's food connections from the last search still on board for this one?

Cuteascanbe - Sunday night is our slowest time in the forum.  Many are getting ready for a good nights sleep before work tomorrow. It's pretty late for those on the east coast.

Try asking your question again tomorrow or check back tomorrow sometime for an answer if you don't get one tonight.

SS - I don't know but if you remember there were some problems with that.  Not on Destinys end or the supplier but a problem with keeping the food stored and refrigerated.  Those types of donations are best worked out directly with Tim to avoid any problems like last time.

Klaas - I just thought of something.  What time zone are we doing the prayer schedule in?  9:00 AM for me is noon for those of you in California.

I'm on the west coast in California so it's even earlier for me than it is for you.  I just remember that about 8pm my time some of those on the east coast are calling it a night

From one Canuck to another ... Welcome to the cage cuteascanbe!!

Don't mind Duckie.  Klaas gave him to me a long time ago.  He was the best present ever ... even better than being afforded the edit option.  Duckie has the run of the cage is allowed to waddle wherever his little heart desires.  However ... I do clean up after him.

Duckie and I leave the cage and fly home to the Fraser Valley of British Columbia each evening and ... then fly back in the morning.

American Monkeys are just great but ... some honestly think we live in igloos and ... none of them say "Hey".

You're right.  9 AM for me is 6 AM for you.  The clok on the the SM website is an hour earlier than east coast time.  Should we go by the time the posts on this website?
