Should we start a list of questions for Clint Van Zandt tomorrow for Sunday night CBan program?  Maybe he knows more about the Dutch group that is supposed to be going to Aruba to investigate.  Or how the FBI could be allowed to do so?
I would like to know when and if the FBI can get some juristiction.
Like what Art Wood was speaking of, once the case is closed.
Also, can Deepak come into the USA ... b/c I heard he was sighted in FLA on October 1. Can't some law keep him out ?

Hi everyone!

I'd like to know the answer to that as well. I always thought that before anyone was allowed to enter the USA that is not a citizen was subject to police record check. If someone is a suspect in a murder crime I would think that they would not allow them into the USA. But then again, the judge DID release them, remember. So maybe back then, he actually released them as suspects but only persons of interest. Who knows at this point...with Aruba anythings possible.

Back to the couple who drowned on Baby Beach in Aruba...

I am wondering if the man got a cramp and was having trouble swimming and the women came in as well and with the man panicing caused both to drown. It has happened here in Florida many times. Or the man could of had a stroke and panic pulling both under.
A friend of mine, about 14 years ago, her husband drowned along with a teen boy. My friends husband was at the beach with friends and a teen boy was having problems swimming. Her husband went in to help the boy and they both ended up drowning. The currents pulled them both under.

What I am also thinking...if the man was snorkleing and a Pourtugese Man-a-war stung him and caused a stroke, pending where he was stung, or possibly something went down his snorkle causing him to choke. When the female got to him he was in a state of panic and pulled her under with him. It does happen. You can drown from a drop of water, literally.

The only disturbing thing for me out of the two drowning, was why didn't anyone try to help them? Or maybe someone did but was to late. Maybe no one was around or near the area at that time that could help them. By time the perimetics arrived it was too late? Could be many reasons, but I doubt there was any foul play in their drownings.

God bless~

Easy - Oh yes, I remember the auction now. (Thanks for replying.)

I don't have a clue, and it does seem that it would have arrived by now.

Will say that "volunteers" don't have the same sense of urgency about things that paid employees have ...

Also, Easy - I bought two of the SM cookbooks ... I don't remember exactly how long it took, but it was at least two months.
